I like the location. need little more cleaning work.

The staff here is so friendly. My friend and I arrived 3 ours before actuall check in time after traveling all night and as son as our room was ready, which was around 1 they let us check in and get pur room. We very much appreciate that.

Room was dirty. Bed and couch covered in stains and smelled of mold and smoke

Overpriced. The elevator barely worked and was very slow. Also, there was no stopper in the bathroom lavatory.

The staff was very nice and breakfast was really good. However, the furniture in the rooms were very worn. Desk chair was super worn and couch was ripped with inner cushion showing. Mattress was also very creaky. For the price and newness of the hotel they need to update their furniture.

Would never recommend . By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and when I said something to the girl at the front she didn’t even apologize. She said that the hotel was going to be remodeled but due to the hurricane it hasn’t happened yet. I guess it’s ok to have a dirty room then

The hotel was dirty, the room was smelly and the furniture should be in the garbage dumpster. The couch was filthy and it sagged. The cabinets in kitchen and bath were scarred and had hardened spills on them. The chest of drawers was very cheap and the top of it lookedlike someone had used a hammer and chisel on it. The breakfast was horrible, even the danish was bad. For the size of hotel the dining room was teeny tiny. The maids were unhappy with openly hostile facial expressions. I have never stayed in a hotel where only one of the two beds were made up. The bed sheets were so old and rough they should be burned. It was difficult to find an available luggage cart. The carpets in hallways and the room were dirty snd looked as if they had not been cleaned for quite a while. Overall, this hotel is worse than terrible, it is disgusting. My opinion of Wyndam hotels has dropped from the highest of opinions to a level so low an ant could not crawl underneath!

It was nice. Loved that we had a kitchen in our room and all the kitchen utensils we would need. Also liked the comfort of the room itself. Awesome that they allowed dogs. Our room had a little bit of a strange odor and the room could have been cleaner in terms of the stained chair and the carpets but everything else was clean. I would stay here again, the wifi was good and they got good channels. But for $35 a pet per night they should definitely clean those rooms a little better. But overall I still enjoyed my stay.

The rooms at this place are like kennels! This place should be shot down! Then the staff says oh we know the rooms are not up to par!! Then don't have people stay there!! It is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!!!

Carpeting worn,dirty looking, and even worn in places right down to the padding. Difficult to get to sleep with a door facing the outside parking lot - with lights from the parking lot preventing sleep.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was "clean" but many stains on carpet and furniture, and a big yellow stain on the shower curtain. Bed was hard but comfortable. The room was on the front side of the building, so at night, the extremely bright lights illuminating the parking lot blast through the blinds on the door to the balcony. If you need a somewhat dark room to sleep, bring something to cover your eyes or request a room on the back side of the hotel. The walkout balcony is a nice feature, but there's no privacy from the adjacent rooms (the balconies are separated by jail-like bars). The free breakfast was decent. Free Wi-Fi was quite good.

This email was sent on the 16th of July and still haven't heard anything. Everyone that is looking to stay with this hotel company needs to read this. To whom it may concern, Im send you this email cause I haven’t heard from anyone from your dept about my customer issue within the 24 to 48 hours that I was promised back on July 12th. Im also going to list the following experience that I have gotten from your company “Customer Relation” Dept.: Called on June 30th: 1. Was on hold for 22 mins to be hung up on 2. Then on hold again for 40 mins to finally get a customer service employee named Steve ( the most helpful and responsive ) 3. Was told that I would hear from the GM of the hotel within 6 days and was given the ref # Called on July 8th (9 days from the time I called) 1. On hold for 54 Mins: Spoke with Amber. Told her the situation, to then be told that they “refunded” my account, which never happened. She informed me that she would be sending this up to the next level and I would be hearing from someone within the next 48 hours. I was given a reference number again and was told to send to following in an email (which I did) A copy of my bank statement and the document from my leasing office of the charges that occurred while waiting for my refund. Called on July 12th (4 days after I was told that someone was going to call) 1. On hold for 48 Mins Spoke with Amber again about the situation and she

Got an off-season discounted rate, the hotel was quite, the staff friendly. Great Internet. Did not try the free breakfast but was told it was available. The rooms didn't look as luxurious as the photos suggested but the amenities were all there large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, I'm not sure the small stove top was working but we didn't plan in using it. Flat screen, wall mounted TV with large selection of channels and HDMI input. Clean bathroom, although very little water pressure. All in all, would stay again with a discounted rate.

Everything was pretty much great at this stay! Rooms were clean but there was random hair everywhere. The staff was friendly, but beware of the younger kids working here. They are lazy and don't know what they are doing. I asked for the manager. I booked online & we stayed in a suite that featured 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa sleeper, a full sized fridge, & a kitchenette which made cooking easy. Had to bring eating utensils but kitchen had pots pans and things of that nature.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hawthorn. The kids loved the pool. Its nice having the laundry services there too.

Hotel was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Elevator is a bit slow but overall it was nice. Out away from the craziness of Front Beach Rd but in just a few minutes you are right back in it because you are not far from all the eateries and action.

It was nice. Loved that we had a kitchen in our room and all the kitchen utensils we would need. Also liked the comfort of the room itself. Awesome that they allowed dogs.
