A Nice Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Blue Oak property was nice, but a bit overpriced for what it was. It was relatively clean and had most everything you would need for a stay. The main bed is uncomfortable and I found a cockroach in my shower. Other than that, it was well appointed and very quiet. The bikes were newer and a great addition.

Excellent location!

This was Our first time visiting rosemary beach and we loved it! The condo is very pretty! The master bed was soooo comfortable it was hard to get out of! Great place to stay!

Well kept and well appointed condo, spotless and very nice!

We had a lovely stay here. The condo is just as pictured, super clean and very nice. We found the elevator codes and check in process a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out all was easy and smooth. Great condo, very centrally located.

Blue Oak Rosemary Beach

The condo was perfect for our stay at Rosemary Beach. It was spotless upon arrival and the check-in (even after business hours) was easy. The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a small issue with WiFi, but it was resolved immediately, again after work hours. Great place!

Holiday recovery

We have stayed in this condo prior and enjoyed it… the place was clean. Only thing that stood out was the smell when you walked in.. not sure if it was too much of a deodorant used but after we opened the doors to air it out everything was fine… We would stay here again Robin

Great stay

The condo was just like the photos and in the middle of a lot of action in town. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay but they were handled very well by the property manager. Very impressed with response.

Great location, great spot. The AC had trouble keeping up with the summer heat. There also appeared to be a gremlin in the thermostat that would move the temperature up or turn the unit completely off. Once we caught on to the thermostat issue it stayed comfortable. But it adjusted every day we were there. It was extremely frustrating the first few days we were there before catching it.

Great location and management!

From the time we got to the property, to the time we left it was seamless and a great experience! I've always had poor experiences with property management companies and this experience with 30a Luxury Vacations was top notch. It was clean (huge for us!), well stocked, very responsive/timely with any questions. Central to everything in Rosemary -- very walkable. We had me, my husband and our 9 mo old and the cart to the beach with our wagon was easy! Will definitely be interested in staying at this property again!
