The condo was perfect. Very clean and super spacious. We had 4 adults and stayed 7 nights. The views of the Gulf were amazing. The pool was wonderful. I was a bit concerned when I saw it was across from the elevator but never heard a sound. Construction on the condo did start while we were there but they never started earlier than 9am.

The place was fine overall, but I wouldn’t choose this particular unit again. The balcony is tucked away, so the views aren’t as good as other spots on the property. When I asked about checking in early, they wanted to charge 50—seriously? That left a bad taste. Also, they don’t mention it on the listing, but there’s a required parking fee. Definitely better locations on this property if you’re looking for a good view and straightforward experience.

Family Trip

Loved the condo with a nice balcony and beautiful view. It was comfortable for our group. Unit is a few steps away from the elevator. Check in is between 4-6pm. Just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a small unexpected issue: Condo had to be sprayed for crawling roaches and we had to pay 57 for the parking permit which is done online. Sue from the management was helpful and our parking fee was reimbursed. Overall, I would stay here again.

We liked our stay, but the deck could have been cleaned better. The master bedroom bed needs a new box springs as you tend to move to the center thru the night.

Family reunion

The place was nice and as listed. The only issue we had was with the hot water the first day and it was resolved quickly. Remote in kids bedroom did not work but was not an issue for us. Beach was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t particularly care for was the balcony lights. They were so dark it was like there wasn’t any lights. But other than that the stay was amazing!

NEEDS CLEANING & REPAIRS

BOTH tubs and sinks backed up with water. The tubs filled while showering. There was sand on the floors upon our arrival and I wasn't confident that the beds had clean sheets. The handle on the dryer was missing leaving a screw sticking out. Cabinet door was off in the kitchen and drawers didn't open / close properly. The kitchen was poorly stocked for 5 people much less 8 like the listing states. The baking pans in the kitchen were put away dirty & left for our use. The overall feel of the place was old and in need of a good cleaning, new mattresses and some repairs! The location was convenient and the view was lovely.

Terrible unit. Needs major overhaul

The most expensive condo I’ve ever booked, and the worst. Old outdated unit. Busted tile floors, tiles missing in kitchen. Kitchen drawers fall out on the ground when you pull them out. Cabinet doors off the hinge. Outlets in the bedrooms so old, plugs won’t stay in them. Light above kitchen sink worked when it wanted to. Light bulbs out in closet. Commode broken in hallway. Master shower old and dingy. Fiberglass patched in shower. No drains drained properly. Furniture looks like it came from the local swap meet. Absolute no kitchen cookware or utensils. What was there was just thrown in a drawer. We have loved every unit we’ve ever booked through VRBO, but this one, and BookMyCondo get a 1 out of 10!
