The Summit PCB 711 ** Amazing Beachfront Balcony & Fully furnished condo

This recently remodeled Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 7th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 7th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort was in great shape. Elevators were faster than expected. Lived Bikini Bob’s and the pools. Our unit was VERY rundown. No hot water in the shower, the toilets barely worked, outlets falling off the walls in the kitchen, leaky dishwasher. Very disappointed in the condition of our room.

3 out of the 4 days we had to deal with Summit’s maintenance. They are rude and disrespectful. We found our room wide open for anyone to enter with no one in the room twice. They shut our water off and did not even notify us. It became a very stressful stay and we were supposed to be on vacation to relax.

Shower curtain liner had soap scum on it from previous renter, ceiling fan and around vents was so dusty,hole in cupboard floor in kitchen, side and freezer part of refrigerator was rusty,musty smell as soon as we entered,kitchen cupboards had to be wiped down , sleeps 5 but only had 2 chairs on balcony. Got in touch with management right away but never got a response

The kitchen light took 10 min to come on after flashing THE TRIP OVERALL WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM COULD OF BEEN CLEANER when told someone at the desk about the mold they told me nothing could b done have to contact the person who rents out the condo
