Spring Break

We had a fantastic time at step-by-step. The house is super clean, easy accessible and the beach was fantastic. We loved it and we’ll be back soon.

Awesome Place / Great Location

Not sure if we were the first guests to stay here or not, but it sure seemed like it. The place is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Everything represented in the listing is spot-on. The host was easy to work with. The whole experience was fantastic.

This is our second time staying in Step By Step and we were again thrilled with the home and location! This house is immaculate and has plenty of space! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed for cooking in and the driveway provides more parking/space than many other homes in Carillon.

The home was Extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and any cooking utensils I needed were available and clean. The home is beautiful and spacious and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for us; just a few houses down from the Bellview pool and tennis/basketball courts. The manager responded to texts promptly and check in and out was a breeze. And the porch is awesome. We spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings out there. Gotta have a porch in Carillon. This is a great home.

Step by Step...above and beyond once again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have owned and rented homes in Carillon since 2001 and Step by Step has been one of our favorites. Its location near the pool and a quick walk to the beach makes it ideal. The home is nicely decorated (very well appointed) but not cluttered leaving plenty of room to spread out and relax for an extended stay whether you cook and host a family meal or order pizza from Lake Powell Pizza. We have rented Step by Step twice and would definitely rent again. It is very clean with comfy beds and furniture, and spacious gathering areas inside and out. And on a side note, the management company is so accommodating and responsive. We had a glitch with the coffee pot not working one morning and the rental manager showed up within the hour with a brand new pot! She saved the day!

Location to the pool for our young grandchildren was perfect. We love Carillon and hope to be back next year.Rachel with Sandels by the Sea was so nice, returned calls/texts promptly. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, corrected promptly. She checked in frequently during our stay which was so appreciated.We would highly recommend Step by Step and loved working with Sandels by the Sea. Carillon is such a great family vacation spot.

Great family vacation

The 2 master suites were perfect for us and the location was perfect. A golf cart is recommended to help with trips to the beach, but not not required. The home is equipped with everything you can think of. The front porch swing was a great feature and many in our group napped on it after a long day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It has a well-appointed kitchen/pantry and a great washroom. If you're a mom, you will appreciate this home. It was also super convenient. Steps away from the pool and just a short walk to the village and the beach. We couldn't have enjoyed this house or this development more and when we get back to the Panhandle, this is where we'll stay.

Great Stay!

This was our second year to rent in Carillon and this house was amazing. Karen answered all our questions and made the trip a great experience.
