Beautiful place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Condo was beautifully decorated! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Master bed was very comfy with a memory foam mattress. Easy beach access right across the street with a crosswalk. Short walking distance. Beach wasn’t overly crowded. Not far from Pier Park. Would definitely stay there again!

I definitely would recommend Southwind Condominiums and the location was perfect! I needed to check after hours about a few things and they were prompt and got right with me and figured out what I needed and took care of me quickly. A little bit further West than the main hustle and bustle so it was perfect as far as traffic and people.

Great selection of channels to watch while the hail and storms rolled through. Ceiling fan started leaking and when I notified management right away they were super helpful, understanding & friendly! Will def stay here again! Thank you!

Great location, nice property!

Never have I stayed at a VRBO that is exactly like it appears in the listing, until now, The condo is bright, up to date, very clean and an overall great value! My family of four just left and we all agree it was a great place to stay. Our boys were on the top floor with nice beds and a bathroom to share. The master is on the main floor with a bathroom in the hallway. There were tons of kitchen necessities and a Keurig. If I had to nitpick and find negatives, I would say the memory foam mattress in the master was uncomfortable for me but my husband had zero issues. The couch was perfect! There was new construction going on that borders Southwind so that was a bit noisy early in the morning. If neighbors are smokers, you will have to deal with that as well, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The proximity to the beach, price along with all of the positives far outweighed any negatives and we would definitely stay here again.

(Cross walk lights up for safety) Very clean, furnished well, just as pictured in listing. This property is located at the west end of PCB, but still close enough to pier Park for a short 5 minute drive depending on traffic and going in the opposite direction towards Thomas donuts. It was a two minute drive. I thought the location was key to this property.
