Check in was okay. There was a security guard at the gate who was pretty rude on arrival. We did not receive the check in instructions email for the car so he gave us a hard time. An additional 50 for two wristbands and parking. Other than that, it was fine. Just did not like that you can’t really hang out on the porch unless you want to be facing other people. The room itself was nice, clean and loved the decor. The view was fine. Pool was too cold. We did enjoy the security of the property itself.

Great stay! A little chilly still for the pool but looked clean and amazing! Only thing that was awkward was the bed against the wall on one side, plus I’m short and had to leap into the bed, the top of the bed was above my waist!

We had a spontaneous 2-night stay during spring break. I had completely zoned out about what spring break meant, but it turned out to not be a problem, except for some traffic. The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. Because our trip was so short, we didnt use a lot, but the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the living room TV worked great. That's all we needed. The view from the balcony was the best, but you have to be on the beach or patio for the sunset. I only saw the one pool between the two bldgs and it was very nice but not used much because it was cold. I really appreciated the security. With masses of young people and police everywhere, security did a great job of protecting all gated access, vehicle and pedestrian. There were people trying to come in behind renters/residents. Also, the police were protecting the beach, so zero concerns on the beach. It was beauiful and we had a great time with modest crowds. The AC wasn't great but the temp was moderate so we were fine with the box fan in the wardrobe. Ceiling fan over bed is not secure and shook badly so we didnt use it. Nice fan in living room. As noted, you pay extra for parking (35 one time) and amenities bracelets (6/person). Security is watching and checking for bracelets as you go on and off beach, so not just for pool and gym. Said complimentary beach service, but not sure about that? We paid for loungers and did not see any beach gear or towels. Unsure?

The condo unit was clean and had a great view of the beach and gulf. Bathroom was clean but was a little tight. Bed was firm and comfortable. There is s futon in living room, little short for a taller person. My only negative comment is the heating and a/c did not work very well. It was pretty chilly during my stay a couple nights. Heater did not help to warm room and was bloweing cool air. I turned off system to warm room. When warm ac just seemed to blow room temperature air. Checkout was very simple. Overall stay was good.

Bedroom fan

The location is great the room was wonderful but the fan in the bedroom fell apart on us our last night as we slept. My husband fixed it but thank goodness it wasn’t on high or it would have been extremely bad.

Everything was great overall. The only 2 bad things I can say is they we’re working on the building and for that reason we could not use the balcony and the bed was comfortable to lay in but every move you make the bed was very squeaky and needs replacing but the property itself is beautiful.

All the wrong stuff

Location was great , Building was great . Maintenance was Dismal. Initial hint was the handle to the patio door was broken off and sitting on a table near by . Reported it immediately. "we will send a maintenance man over tomorrow to fix it." the door would not close all the way or lock without the handle. Tried to go outside on the porch , the door was so stiff , it took all you could do to open and close it. The bed creaked groaned and sagged so much, we were scared to sleep together. My wife slept on the bed and i had to sleep on the pullout. She tried to turn on the ceiling fan and it was so out of balance, we thought it would fly off the ceiling. . when it stopped .. all the fan blade were so loose they were about to fall off. I do not know what kind of camera tricks were used in photographing this place but that man was a genius .It felt was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The light by the shower was so dark , it was like showering in a cave. We reported all this to the property manager who said they would send someone to fix the things the next day.. With booking and fees and cleaning fees I expected ALOT more. We left after one night as the place was not fitting our needs.

The three of us had a great time in PCB! The location of this rental was perfect, right on the beach. Pools were nice and we were thrilled when we received a text that we could check in early. The condo was just the right size for us!

Very Nice Property

Nice property will definately revisit. Very family friendly and beaches not crowded. Convenient location. Very comfortable linens. Stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets. Keurig was wonderful. AA+++
