The location was great. Never been to that part of Florida and loved the relaxed atmosphere this time of year.Easy to walk everywhere, friendly people in stores and restaurants.Host was great, followed up quickly on a few minor issues.Back deck was wonderful to sit and read and see the gulf.

Love this place!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was exactly as shown online and in a great location to everything. The property manager was so nice and helpful. I Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect layout!

The floor plan of the unit is perfect for one or two couples. Linens are great quality and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are extremely comfortable. The patio is spacious, however the furniture needs refinishing.

Wonderful place!

This was our 4th time to stay at Savannah 2C. It’s is wonderful. Perfect location, the condo was beautiful before, however, when we arrived this time, the entire place had been updated. It is outstanding and stunning!!! Thanks again for a great trip.

Great place for family weekend

My teen daughter and I stayed here Memorial Day week 2024. We have been taking an annual girls trip to Rosemary and this place did not disappoint! Really appreciated the very large patio with table, umbrellas, couches and ample space to do yoga in the mornings. Great set up with 2 masters with private baths. Excellent kitchen with everything you need. Can't beat the location very close to beach and on main drag next to candy shop. All the best of everything Rosemary. We will definitely be back!

THE BEST!

Our experience at 2c Savannah was AMAZING! The location you cannot beat, you walk right out on to Barrett Square (right above sugar shack). The PORCH is the best outdoor living you could ask for at the beach. We were able to have dinner each night on the porch as well had hang out all day! The amenities were great. The place has ample space and the kitchen and condo was well equipped. Working with Chelsey at 30A Ocean Blue was amazing. She was super helpful and very responsive! Would 100% rent again!

Amazing Stay!

This unit’s balcony is absolutely amazing and I will be coming back! The property is a little tight on interior communal space. We had inclement weather while we were staying there and while the space was was perfect for us, some people might find it a little tight. Bedrooms were very spacious and French doors in all rooms lead to the patio. There is not another unit with this outdoor space. The view of the ocean was also amazing to watch the waves crash in. The property manager was extremely responsive. Questions were answered in minutes.

Noise

I would have given it a 5* but bc the noise from the trash truck and delivery trucks I gave it a 4. The trash truck was very loud at 6 AM amd woke everyone up. I would advise turning on the box fan or sound machine to filter the noise. The outdoor deck was awesome! The bed could use a better mattress… not very comfortable. Overall we had a great trip and the location was awesome! The property manager was great and responded immediately when I had a question!

Rosemary Beach Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the excellent location of the property and surrounding amenities. With that said, at this price point, I have higher expectations and this property fell short in a couple categories (i) Cleanliness - The floors were not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival with sand residue present to the touch, (ii) Deferred maintenance - The unit has several instances of wear and tear including a couch and exterior patio furniture that are in very poor condition and in dire need of replacement. The gas oven did not appear to be heating properly as well as one of the shower faucets was defective and difficult to operate and (iii) Household Staples (or lack thereof) - This unit comes with nothing in the way of staple groceries such as coffee, baseline perishable goods, a welcome bottle of wine, etc. Your expectation should be that anything you need while there will need to be purchased at the nearby grocery stores. With all of that said, we did enjoy our time, but again with the price point come higher expectations for quality of service. I hope these observations will be addressed for future guests.
