Wonderful!

This location was amazing. We loved this house so much. The layout was perfect for our family. The backyard and pool were amazing. The kids loved the bikes and the golf cart made it super easy to get to the beach in 3 min. It’s far enough out from PCB where the beach wasn’t overcrowded but close enough to get to pier park. The neighbors were all so kind and we really enjoyed the 4th July parade in the neighborhood. I wish the beds were a little softer but everything is beautifully decorated and well thought out.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family’s needs. It has an well equipped kitchen which is nice because we tend to eat in most nights. The pool was a great addition, although I think it needs maintenance more often. There was quite a bit of algae on the bottom. We also rented a RSV, which made carting our chairs, etc. to the beach a breeze. We also loved having the bikes!

Fantastic pool and really nice quiet neighborhood

We had a really nice stay at the cottage. I would give the house and the pool a 5 out of 5. Both of those were great. Beds slept good. Nice kitchen. The pool was awesome--like one of other reviewers mentioned--check the temperature of when you're going to be there to make a call on having the pool warmed (add on). During our stay in late May--it got down to 70 degrees every night so pool heating was a must. We never did figure out how to turn on in-pool lighting but outdoor lighting was good. We really loved the garage set up. It had door to street and door to property which made getting back from beach a snap. Also had a really nice outdoor shower to get sand/salt off before going into the house. The golf cart was great while it worked--it stopped working on our 2nd to last day and last day was Memorial Day so no chance getting it fixed. When working though it is such a help to not get sand in vehicles. There was some good beach gear in garage that I am guessing you could use. We used Chairs2U service so we didn't have to drag chairs/umbrella. 3rd year using them and they have been great. We also used the bikes one afternoon which was nice. Overall rating a 4 out of 5 do to overall stay. A 5 for us is getting there--maybe one or two quick queries to owner/property manager and that's it. I think all of that could be addressed by including more information in the property details they send you (ex: codes to unlock bike). We would consider staying again.

Absolutely gorgeous home! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! House is very clean and beds are comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our time outside in the gorgeous pool and grilling. I would definitely recommend adding the heat to the pool as it was quite chilly without it! We would definitely come back and stay here again!
