Beautiful Modern condo with great location

We really enjoyed our stay with two teenage granddaughters, daughter, and an eight-year-old and my husband. It was great to be right near the pool for the kids and so close to the beach… they loved having their independence to just go and walk around and ride bike. The unit itself was so spacious and well furnished, and you would think that being right above the pool would be noisy, but that was not the case at all. The beds were comfortable, rooms, spacious, and really nice bathrooms. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Having bikes was a plus and an elevator if you needed it.

Cute poolside condo

Very clean and perfect location! Decorated very nicely and makes you feel like you’re home away from home. This home is also very well equipped with any kitchen or beach items you may need. The only thing I would request would be beach towels! Everything was great!

Exactly as described and pictured!

This was an amazing condo with plenty of room for our group of 7 it is exactly as pictured on the listing. It is right by the pool entrance as well as being in front of the community. We don’t have one complaint about the condo itself. Beach access is very close but it is shoulder to shoulder and literally no where to put your things bc it is a very small beach access. We chose to do the public access not far from there on orange street as well as load up and go to camp Helen one day. The pool chairs are always taken we never got a chair the whole week we were there. But we still swam and had a good time. The included bikes were awesome to have! It was so fun to ride up and down 30a and appreciated them. Communication with property management was A+ quick to respond and handle adding a kids bike rental for us. We would definitely stay here again and so glad we chose this property.

Great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here and we had a wonderful time! The property was as described and very well maintained. It was clean and nicely decorated; had everything we needed. The parking was convenient and the pool was great (though not heated). Beach access was a short walk across the street and the neighborhood was in close proximity to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

Labor Day Family Weekend

Great property, very clean and convenient! Would’ve loved a notebook/Manual for working the TV, Cable/ Streaming Service.( it was kick off weekend for college football) Other than that, all was great!

Lovely beach home!

We loved our stay here! This was the cleanest and most well equipped rental I’ve ever rented! It was in a great location right in the middle of Alys and Rosemary. A quick walk/bike ride to both. The beach was about a 5 min walk or A quick ride. Very manageable with my 3 kiddos (2,5,8 yrs old). Lovely master bath and much roomier than photos appear. Would love to stay here again! Only complaint was the lamps didn’t work in the bunk room but not a big deal at all as there is another light in the room.

Great location!

This condo was very nice. Even though we did not cook much, the kitchen was well stocked… plenty of wine glasses! The bedrooms were very comfortable. Great master bathroom! The location would be hard to beat… walkable to many restaurants and, of course, the beach. Oh that beach! ❤️

Excellent!

This property is beautifull! The beds were VERY comfortable and everything was super clean. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. The pool was excellent and getting to the beach was so easy. Also, we thoroughly enjoyed the bikes :) We will most definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay

We were thoroughly pleased with this condo. It was extremely clean and well decorated. We felt like we were walking into a brand new condo. It was spacious and well maintained. The location was ideal for my teens to bike around through 30A. Very close to beach and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay here. We recommend it 💯.
