With a newer Stearns/Foster king mattress in the bedroom and additional sleeping space in the living room with a sofa bed and bunk beds in the hallway, this place is excellent for couples or families. Enjoy our new tile walk-in shower in primary bathroom, two Roku flat screen TV's, large fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi, Starbucks on resort, ocean front pool with seasonally open Tiki Bar, 2 large kids friendly pools, FREE game room and exercise room. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Walk to Funland, Gulf World, Alvin's Island, and to multiple restaurants like Runaway Island and Sharky's.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay! This condo was very clean and the view is beautiful. The hosts Suzi and Noland were very helpful. My family would definitely stay here again.

This condo has the best view! It felt like you were walking right out into the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach 1228. The unit was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. I would recommend more wash clothes and hand towels. Plenty of luggage carts for loading/unloading. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it even had a Keurig for coffee. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.
