The house was so charming and perfect for a family getaway. There were so many perks to the property, including location and private deeded access to the beach. The location was so convenient. It was the perfect spot along 30a to so many things!

Family get away
This is our fourth time staying at the homes of Magnolia Cottages over the years . This house is a great location and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked except for a drip coffee maker. There is a Keurig however. Could use some new baking sheets 😊 as well. It’s tucked in on quiet street with a wonderful screened in porch we used a lot . Beds are comfortable. Overall it was a great place to gather with our adult children .

Beautiful property and area. Just make sure you have all your codes before arriving You need a code for the house, beach access and for the golf cart. Otherwise just a wonderful home and beach to visit. We will definitely be back!
