D404 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to seven guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/cable and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin size beds, a TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, the living room and bedrooms both have carpet and the rest of the condo has tile throughout. The balcony has two chairs, two lounge chairs and a large table. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view.
