Aquellos en el mercado de un condominio frente al golfo bijou apreciarán los muchos beneficios de 'Sea You Again'. Los techos abovedados y un práctico loft para dormir para tres huéspedes adicionales maximizan el espacio en este escondite de 1,680 pies cuadrados con dos dormitorios y tres baños. Blue Tide es un pequeño complejo de 18 unidades encaramadas en una de las dunas más altas al sur del Scenic 30A. Esta unidad del extremo oeste, muy solicitada, disfruta de vistas al atardecer sin obstáculos desde balcones privados en ambos niveles. Sirva copas de vino refrigeradas perfectas del refrigerador de vinos en el bar húmedo y brinde por otro hermoso día en el paraíso. La sala de estar está decorada en tonos azules y tonos pastel, lo que da un guiño a las vistas del golfo enmarcadas por puertas corredizas de piso a techo. Una chimenea característica y pisos de madera agregan calidez a la espaciosa sala de estar / comedor. La cocina de planta abierta tiene gabinetes blancos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra de desayuno en la isla central para comidas informales o charlar con el cocinero. Las puertas se abren desde la sala de estar al balcón que tiene su propia entrada privada a la caminata de la playa. A partir de ahí, las arenas blancas, el brillante golfo esmeralda y las dunas vírgenes brindan delicias infinitas para los amantes de la naturaleza y los amantes de la playa. Muy bien ubicado entre Camp Creek Lake y Alys Beach, el condominio está bien ubicado para caminar por la playa, pescar, nadar y andar en bicicleta en los alrededores. Compras, cafeterías de desayuno, restaurantes y servicios locales están a poca distancia en bicicleta a lo largo del Timpoochee Biking Trail paralelo a Scenic Highway 30A.

Beautiful family christmas vacation in paradise!

Pros: location,cleanliness,amenities, view and easy walk to beach. Dolphins were in front of the condo daily. Cons: small issues like washing machine front falling off and code to door didnt work.

Great vacation.

Unit is well laid out, bright and welcoming. A few minor things would have helped but didn’t damper our stay. Could use a large pot for cooking pasta etc, dishwasher bottom rack kept falling off the track. Floors can be slippery, especially stairs (maybe carpet treads). Units that can sleep 6 should get two parking spaces, it was hectic union arrival. Location is great, beach is fantastic and Frankie was super helpful in setting up chair service for us. This is our second year at Blue Tides and overall would come again!

So beautiful

Breathtaking views of the gulf from most windows. Fully stocked, actually they had everything you could possibly need! Great Beds, very comfortable! Chair set up was so nice! I really liked the steps to the beach from the back of the house. Most places you have to go out front to get to the back. It made perfect sense! Would definitely return!

Incredible location

We loved our stay. We booked last minute and had a great time. The unit is beautiful, nicely furnished, well stocked and being able to walk from the deck to the beach was incredible. We usually rent houses along 30A and have to walk a while to the beach. This was a game-changer. There are some things that need to be addressed, which we shared with the management company. Nothing worth mentioning here.

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely be back. Super clean and easy to communicate with the owners. Great beach access and we loved the balconies in the mornings and evenings! The beds were also very comfortable!

Perfect location

Plenty of space for family, lots of room for having friends over for dinner. Nothing beats the beachfront view, from two stories. Best of all is the "mudroom" when you enter the front door, where you can park beach chairs without hauling them into the living area. We had friends staying in the same building, which made gathering on the beach each day easy and convenient. I would definitely return.

Perfect location. Perfect House.

This is our second stay at Blue Tide condominiums. They are right on the beach located between Rosemary and Seaside. We absolutely love the location. 9B is such a great condo! It's beautifully decorated. Because it's on the end the master bedroom has large windows on two walls and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and they provided toiletries, coffee, and other goodies for the first couple of nights. There were also a couple of bikes that we used to ride to Rosemary. Check in was easy. Bedrooms both have king sized beds which was great. And the kids loved the loft. We even got to use the fireplace because it was cold the first couple of days. We will definitely be returning to Blue Tide and this condo next year!

Wonderful spot!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and being right on the beach was perfect. We bikes and walked to restaurants and shopping in both directions and would absolutely stay there again! Beautifully decorated and a fully stocked kitchen.

Fall Break

The property was almost exactly as advertised. The inside is lovely and the distance to the beach can’t be beat. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, quiet/respectful neighbors. We had an amazing time. The only critique I would give is the sliding doors are hard to open(especially for the kids) and handles were broken. I do believe they are being fixed though. We will definitely be back!

We so loved the location of the property & loved the decor. Unfortunately the property felt dirty, simply touching the blinds, the furniture.... The bathrooms were all clean, but things like the bedding are just worn out. The screen doors are all off their tracks, the windows don’t open so you can’t get the cross breeze. Was rather disappointed.

Of all our trips down, this was the best condo we have stayed in! So much thought went into making the place feel cozy . We finally didnt have a bed that killed our backs, bedding was great, kitchen had more than 2 pans, etc. We will definitely be staying again!

Great condo-***BEACHFRONT***

The condo was amazing. Truly beachfront and so close to everything. The in-house amenities were sparse - one roll of TP per toilet for example-and uncommon in this price point. Overall, the unit was great and we’d stay here again!
