We had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect!! The beach is within walking distance and the PCB Conservation Area is close by for hiking. The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. Highly recommended!

We all had such a wonderful time here! The home was spacious and we never felt crowded and we had 8 people. It came with everything you could need and more for whatever you length of stay from plenty of cutlery, silverware, full size washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and refrigerator. We are already planning our next stay here!

Perfect Outdoor Area

This was the perfect roomy size for 2 couples. And the outdoor deck area is absolutely the best for nighttime outdoor hanging out. Will be back!

Just right

This house perfectly fit our needs. It is a very short walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes when you use the footpath at the end of the street . The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We have family that lives in the area, we will definitely stay here again when we come back for another visit. Thanks!!

Family Vacation

The place it self was very nice and well kept. Perfect for a family get away! It is a bit of a drive from any of the attractions like Peir Park. Also, the beach in ny opinion wasn't within walking distance especially with children but it is however just a short drive. All and all we loved our stay and the owners were amazing. Thanks again!!

Nice house near graet beaches for PCB stay

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Beach ...the house was nice... Nothing fancy but functional and affordable....loved the porch at nite....recommend for those looking for the same relaxing vaca.

Good price, pretty quiet Neighborhood

The home was nice, could use some easier sitting furniture in the living room and kitchen as my mom is 84 and the chairs were heavy and the couch too far in for her. Had to use the master bedroom chair for her. The neighbours were good and quiet. Highway could be heard, especially on the Friday nights. But usually by 10 it wasn’t as nosy. The beach was a short walk and is stunning!! The home was well equipped in the kitchen. Floor mats in bathrooms and kitchen should be replaced.

I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at the sea horse beach house. The owners were fantastic the home was excellent and perfect for our family. Over all our experience for the 1st time to Panama City beach was a wonderful one and we look forward to coming back next Year. The property was just what we needed. Plenty of space and very clean.

Everything was wonderful. Owners were great. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is the cable has very limited channels. But overall it was great. Plan on making this a yearly stay for us.

The Seahorse was great. It was exactly as described. The location was convenient to beach, just a couple minutes drive. They place was clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. The only thing I wish would have been different was the tv and maybe some extra towels and washcloths. We had 4 children with us and there was pretty much no channels to watch and if we had known we would have brought our own movies or roku but I wouldn't even list that at a complaint really since we stayed pretty busy. Overall I would definitely recommend the Seahorse to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay but still convenient to everything in PCB. We will definitely be back.

Great for a family with kids

We got every thing we asked for and more with the seahorse home. The patio and grill were perfect. Everything I could think I'd need was available, including the wine bottle opener! Only small issue was a few ants in the kitchen and master bath. I was honestly spraying ants in my own kitchen before I left for vacation so I know there's only so much you can do in the summer months in the south. When Kirk was notified he sprayed immediately and the only ants i saw afterwards was in the bathroom. We also had a hard time getting the TV channels, but that was no big deal since we needed a break from screen time anyway. Having the washer and dryer with kids is priceless. Even with that, I think I'd recommend a few sets of extra linen. As for the reviews about being waking distance to the beach. I guess I wouldn't argue with that statement and a neighbor did inform my husband of a path. However, I think I'd be very careful walking through bushes and as for my kids i wouldn't take them walking at all. The beach was a quick 3 minute drive, but i wouldn't walk. Same for thomas' donut shop. We took a drive there, but I'm not sure walking is a great idea. Probably for adults, no big deal, but it would be quite an adventure with kids. Overall a perfect stay.
