The living area is spacious with custom furnishings, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and white appliances. The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.
Designed for relaxation, the master suite is complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath.

**The HOA charges a mandatory guest registration $60/vehicle/reservation. You will be sent an email with a link to register your car(s) a couple weeks prior to your arrival. Please make sure we know the exact number of cars you will need to register prior to your planned stay.
