The pools were very nice but very cold. The jacuzzi on the west side was not heated but the one on the east side was nice and warm. The condo was nice. The view of the gulf was amazing!! The kitchen was very nice and we used it alot. The showerhead near the bedroom was not great, but we got by with the other one. We had trouble checking in because I was not getting the rental companies text messages for some reason and it was somewhat confusing. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo itself was nice and as expected based on the pictures. We had an issue with water pressure, by issue I mean we had no water. Four Star condo was fast in getting that resolved. Here’s what you really need to know. The property the condo resides in belongs to Tidewater. There were extra charges I was not aware of prior to booking that Tidewater charges. Tidewater also has the slowest elevators I have ever experienced in 20 years of coming to PCB. The wait averaged 5-10 min just to get in an elevator, and up to 30 min if you had a luggage cart. Many visitors I personally talked with would not be coming back because of the elevators. Tidewater also has a very small area for personal chairs and umbrellas. In the mornings, that area was in the water. While I would have recommended the condo, I would and will never recommend Tidewater to anyone.

The first night there. We went to eat. Came back and power was out. No air. No elevator. No water. The worse part was no elevator. My husband has a bad heart with a pacemaker defribulator. He is very weak. I had to help pull him up 9 double flights of steps. We are old and about didn’t make it. It would be nice to be compensated for all of this inconvenience

Cleanliness not up to par, broken amenities.

I will start with the condo it’s self and then move to the resort in a whole.Condo, not at all what was expected. Furniture needs a big update. Upon arrival found blood on one of the bathroom doors and on wall above bunk bed and there was used coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Toilet in master bathroom would not flush unless you took the top off to pull the chain to flush it. The pump for soap at the kitchen sink was also broken. The master bathroom door drug along the floor. Water pressure is non existent. Positives about condo were it was well supplied with kitchen items. Towels were plentiful. Overall cleanliness was not an issue, floors, counters, etc.. were clean.The resort itself as a whole is absolutely awful and we decided we will never stay there again at least during peak season. 20 minute waits for an elevator is absolutely insane. The door opens and they are packed full so you have to wait and you’re lucky to even be able to get on one. The amenities are not that spectacular, nothing like the photos depict. Overall I do NOT recommend tidewater resort, this I know has nothing to do with the company four star condos.As far as four star condos goes, they were exceptional with communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall our vacation is what I expected it to be. We did enjoy ourselves but do wish that it had been easier to enjoy the amenities that were provided.

Wonderful week

The property is in the perfect location and the pictures don’t do the condo justice. The living room is huge and the kitchen was fully stocked. The condo was clean and the on-site staff was very friendly. Will be booking again for our next trip.

The condo was clean. But when we arrived the tv barely had any Chanel’s. The water pressure in the showers were horrible could barely shower. We paid for an early check in but got sent to the wrong room. After waiting for an elevator for 2 hours with our toddlers in the heat. The tide water resort was nice all except a few little things.

Great room and complex!

Condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need, except for our favorite cast iron skillet we always bring with us. On site staff are friendly and helpful. Just for info sake the top bunk is for 100 lb or lesser. Four Star agency is great to work with and they even called us the day before arrival to make sure we had room number, door code and to see if we needed anything before our trip.

Family vacation

The place was clean. An elevator broke and made the trips down even longer. The bed could use a new mattress it was rough. Figured out the dryer worked better on the number side then the word side. Kids loved the indoor pool. The weather was not our friend this trip and the outdoor pool could have used some heat as it was too cold for June.

Perfect location- condo needs updated- elevators are horrible

Property is in perfect location- walking distance to shops, fishing and right on beach. Great view from 9th floor balcony. Condo was clean- with exception of dust build up on ceiling fans- we got showered with dust when we turned them on. Unit needs updated. Washer/drier combo probably needs replaced, lint trap was broken and drier door is hard to close. Someone was doing room construction a few floors above us and we was woken early in mornings by jackhammering sounds from above. Check in was simple and fast after pre-registering online. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach clean. Elevators were horrible. Wait times extravagant and it is not even full blown vacation season yet. 2 elevators were out of service the entire week making it worse. With 30 stories it was hard to catch an elevator not too full to catch a ride up or down. With weekly rent as high as it is- it shouldn’t be an issue to keep elevators running or to update as needed. Overall- with a little updating and better elevators and elevator upkeep we had a great stay. We love visiting area and have stayed at tidewater 3 times now for the proximity of things to do and great beach access.
