Very clean and comfortable. Every thing supplied for a nice relaxing stay. Wonderful view of the back bay and marshes. Not really a negative but the side fences only go to the water on one side in the back of property. Front yard is nicely fenced so no worries with the pet there.

This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! We loved the comfort of the house. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Just the right amount of amenities but not overwhelming. The area has much to offer. Lovely setting by the bay

We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean.
