We did not even stay... we were there 5 minutes before going to the office and telling them that the room was dirty and disgusting. Dead bugs on the windows seal, the bathtub was still dirty and had hair in it. The room also smelled like some smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. The front desk lady was not very help. I sent a message to Expedia customer service because she said I'd have to get my refund there but no word yet.

Room was spotless. Staff was pleasant. I think the room had no heater and it was a tad chilly; but a nice warm bed.
