Guest bedroom three has a Queen bed, six-drawer dresser and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.  A small office with built-in workstation and desk chair completes the room.  

The main living area of the house includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen and game room with foosball table.  Most rooms have pool and partial mountain views.  The master bedroom, one of the guest bedrooms and the living room all have sliding glass doors to the resort-like grounds of this amazing property.

The formal living room is bathed in natural light.  A U-shaped sofa, coffee table, 75 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney), gas fireplace and custom-built bar with wine refrigerator create a warm and inviting entertaining space with easy access to the resort-like grounds via a sliding glass door.  

The adjacent updated kitchen is a cook’s dream and contains newer appliances, a walk-in pantry plus both a drip and Keurig coffee maker.    Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, two ovens, microwave oven, 5-burner Stove and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with booth seating for five.  Two large windows welcome generous amounts of natural light into the room.
