Perfect place

In this home you can find everything you are looking for: gorgeous pool and spa, fine maintained space outside, nice furniture, large rooms, wonderful living room. Cleanliness and top notch furniture come as bonus, together with a super supportive host. We loved the staying with oue 2 infants, we would love to come back with a group friends

This is a true family favorite….so much space to hang out, you can jump in the pool on a whim, and close to downtown Palm Springs. Already plant to Three-peat next winter.

Fabulous visit

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the mountains in a lovely backyard setting with fruit trees and flowers. The pool and hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. The property management company was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Quintessential Palm Springs

Everything we were looking for and wanted for our Palm Springs vacation. Very nice hosts, even dropped off some goodies for the kids as a welcome and to assure our stay was going well. Would book again.

Perfect Getaway!

This was our ninth year for cousins weekend in Palm Springs and this house did not disappoint. It was well-appointed and clean. The pool is gigantic and gave us plenty of room for our floaties. Palm Springs was very hot while we were here so the pool temp was like a jacuzzi. Not the rentals issue but just a warning to others. The rental company was very easy to check in and out and they even left us some snacks! So nice! The living room was large and the couch was big enough for everyone. It's kinda low so it was hard for some of us to get off of but it was good for naps! If you are planning on cooking a lot make sure to allow extra time with the stove and bring tupperware. All in all, it was a great house with no real complaints. We loved it!

Peaceful Neighborhood

We rented this property for a girls getaway. The property is in a peaceful neighborhood close to many things. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with great appliances. The property management group is incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. Great mountain view’s from the pool but should be noted that the outside patio furniture is not up to standards for rentals in this area.

Ladies Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our short trip. The property manager was great and even provided some snacks. We will able to get into the house prior to the check in time which is always good. The pool was wonderful and we spend most of the time in it. The only concern is the indoor and outdoor furniture was stained. It would be better if they had it professionally cleaned.

Nice Property

Pro's - Overall, we were pleased with this property. The Property Management Company was readily available for any questions or concerns. They even brought us a nice desert tray during our stay. Con's - Although the backyard is gorgeous, the pool/spa needs some TLC since it is older and has some algae staining and calcium build up on the spa tiles. The sofa and beds inside are pretty low to the ground, so some people may find it difficult to get up out of the sofa or beds. Still overall it is a nice property.

Paradise!

When I first pull up to a rental, I always have that worry…will it be as nice as it looked online? When we entered the house, the whole family gasped at how beautiful, spacious, bright, and fun this house is. The pool is…amazing. There are so many different spots to watch the light play off the mountains. We will be be back!
