The owners were very attentive and accomodating to the guests. At breakfast they came out to greet people and see how their stay was. Also the mineral pools were really nice. The weather was a little cold when we stayed so the indoor, hot mineral pool felt wonderful! I liked the small, quaint atmosphere - it was a relaxing stay and I'd come back again.

Blissful experience. From start to finish. The host was very hospitable. King room was spacious with a kitchenette. Heated indoor pool was nice since I arrived in the AM hours and it was incredibly windy outside. This resort was so peaceful and the minerial pools were clean and beautiful.

Perfect for a quick rejuvenating weekend. The heated indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic. Quiet serene place to get grounded :)

Hotel overcharged me by over $500. Its now been over 10 days, and They still give me a run around on how it might take longer for the refund. I now have open disputes with Orbitz, and my credit card company, and hotel is refusing to refund or co-operate. Complete nightmare! Stay away from this property. You've been warned.

Overall very pleasant stay. Quiet and peaceful, very nice water, comfortable room.

This review is totally incorrect. We are not in the business of duping people. This guest booked a room on Orbitz during Coachella music festival. We waited for him all day and night and he never showed up . He never cancelled with us so we called Orbitz and they said the reservation is valid and it's not cancelled. We called the guest and he did not respond. When we charged him for 3 nights of stay and when he saw the charge on his card, he frantically called us to say he had called Orbitz to cancel his reservation. Orbitz dines this. Therefore, as a compromise and per our stated cancellation policy we refunded him the balance. We only charged him $149 plus 12 percent tax. Because he is disputing with his bank over that charge, the bank refunded his $166.88 withdrawing from our account. Now we are disputing with bank, showing the Orbitz's confirmed reservation, the receipt for refunded amount and the copies of phone calls we made to him and orbitz. We will dispute this claim and get our legitimate money back. Our staff waited for this person past midnight because we didn't want to inconvenience him on a night when not a single room was available in the Palm Springs area. We run our business with honesty and integrity and therefore we are here for 20 happy years.
