Stayed in the West Wing where renovations were underway. New room decor very attractive, bed very comfortable, and shower particularly well designed. Room very clean, had fridge and microwave and coffee maker, in-room safe, wifi and flat screen TV, plus new air conditioning but no heat (other rooms do) — so if heat is a concern be sure to ask prior to room assignment/selection The larger of the two pools and the steam room were both great (I swam laps twice a day). Hot tub accommodates four cozily. Saw fire pit but it wasn’t on in the evenings the few times I checked it out, though I’m told it’s sometimes used mornings for breakfast (I breakfast in my room). Staff all very pleasant, especially Matt who extended a very warm welcome — a gracious and considerate host. Guests a mix of ages and backgrounds, most very friendly — singles, couples, groups. I didn’t make use of spa services but spoke with men who did and they were pleased. The pace of renovations has left some details still requiring attention, which is natural during an overhaul. It’s a promising property, one I’d very much like to return to. Amenities and location are good and its size encourages interaction among the guests. Overall a very good value.

Staff was great!....room was comfy!....pool was clean!....all in all 10 out of 10 points

Very nice staff. Nice continental breakfast. Place is going through a renovation so it is a little dated. I would definitely go back.

Quaint and quiet place to stay. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

My Experience was not great at all the room had Worms in the room and would not recommend this resorts at all.

Staff and guest were very friendly. Met a lot of nice guys, some singles, most were couples. I will stay here again and would recommend to others.

My plane arrived at 10:30 and the staff allowed me to check in early. they were very helpful with everything.

The Ritz it ain't. However, talk about the friendliest hotel in Palm Springs. Can't wait to return to Dolce Vita.... I loved the swimming pool and the serene ambiance. Mariposa

Very nice staff and fun to meet like minded people who also stay.

Had a good time in Palm Springs and this hotel. Friendly staff. Only booked 1 day, since I was trying it out. Next time I'll go for 2 days.

perfect place to relax and recharge. Agree with the other reviews that state the fellow guests help make the experience. It is also what you want out of the experience - can keep to yourself or mix and mingle. Fresh and basic breakfast each morning. Very close to a do-able but challenging hiking trail. Ask about the free bus to downtown that runs every 15 minutes.

This is my place to stay while I am in Palm Springs. The location, the vibe and fun times keep keeps me coming back.

Last minute reservation, we were delighted the staff could accommodate us. Terrific small suite by the pool, a full spa service available. Quiet and elegant property, incredibly professional and welcoming staff, overall a wonderful spot. We went in the off-season, height of summer, so quite empty, but just what we wanted. Probably much more hubbub during the on-season, but speaking from the heat of July, just terrific.

Second time at this resort and I will definitely return! Everything you need for a quiet vacation without all the 'big' hotel noise. Close to everything but secluded for privacy. A must for the couple who just need to get away! Outstanding- friendly staff make you feel right at home.
