An authentic Alexander, the main home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fourth bedroom in the private casita with an en-suite bathroom — plenty of room for friends and family to spread out, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Inside, you’ll discover a curated collection of art and design: including art from Shag, Witco, Bosco, and other mid-century style artists. Beds: K,K,Q,Q.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES

Two interior guest rooms (one with a king bed, the other with a queen) share a full bathroom located off the hallway. The detached casita is a quiet, private retreat with a queen bed, en-suite bath, and cozy living space—perfect for parents seeking privacy, families with napping little ones, older kids wanting their own hangout, or anyone working remotely who needs a peaceful space.
