This place is kind of a shock. It is torn up but the one mineral water hot tub and the large mineral water pool was what I wanted. So go during the week and you can stay for really cheap. Enjoy the 106 degree hot tub and a 90+ degree pool. So I gave it a very good rating for what they gave me.

2 star hotel. It did it’s job but under construction so nothing available.

The room had no phone, no clock, no microwave and a one cup coffeemaker. The king bed was more like a camper bed/mattress and was very hard and uncomfortable. The pictures on Orbitz are deceiving as the proprty showed 4 spas, covered and ready to use. As many other reviews noted, they were empty and under renovation. I will say the pool was open but sotting in a hot tub after a long drive was what sounded good. The pitside area was very noisy as well as the managers children were running around the spa area playing. In the morning, we had to call the front desk, through the Orbitz site, as we had no phone in the room, to ask how to turn on the shower faucet. My hands are bad and I could not turn the water on. My wife had to stand in the tub and use both hands to pull the faucet out. The last and final straw was when I began reading reviews and a past customer indicated bed bugs were in their room. It happened to be in the same room we were in. That prompted us to strip the bed and check the bed. We found no bugs thank goodness. Not a good stay or experience and we will not stay at this hotel again. It was a good rate but you get what you pay for.

Nice property with swimming pool, will be even better when 4 mini thermal baths are completed. Nice manager helpful with kettle and pills! The only drawback is that some rooms smell of tobacco, I'm not sure if "No smoking" policy is actually enforced here.

Booked here for Coachella and when I arrived they told me my reservation was cancelled and they informed me Orbitz was supposed to notify me. According to Orbitz they never sent any notification about my reservation being cancelled. They told me I would have to pay a much higher rate and I was desperate with everything else sold out so payed it. Seems like it was a shady dealing by the hotel. The place was OK not the cleanest and they were doing major renovations on the pool which was an eyesore. Orbitz came through and refunded the difference this hotel overcharged me. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here for a music festival. Relative to other options, it was the cheapest, but after staying here, I would have opted to pay more for something better. Our room included the kitchenette but did not have pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. After packing your own kitchen essentials, you should also pack your own towels, as the ones provided look like they’ve been run through a washing machine a million times. We had to ask for extra towels (only two in the room when there were four people) twice, and in person since there’s no phone. The hot tubs were also being renovated so it did not look like what is in the picture. Also, came across a room with a broken window. That along with what looked like many people just hanging out right outside their rooms gave us the impression that sketchy stuff goes on at this property. Staff was just okay, except when they accused us of trying to fit eight people in our room when we only had four, as indicated on the reservation. I suppose the redeeming factor was that property and room were cleaner than expected. 10/10 would not stay here again.

No elevator, no phones in the room. This is more like an inn not a hotel.

This motel is clean, the pool is great, the staff is wonderful and the price is much less than surrounding motels! A MUST STAY!!!!!

Decent place for a bed for the night. Also hot tub and heated pool. Excellent deal

Location was nice with pretty views and nice warm pool and hot tub. However WiFi was weak, guests were very loud late at night, and the outdoor hot tubs were all under construction, which is annoying because that's why I chose this hotel.

easy check in. lots of construction going on. for the price of one night it was worth the stay.

Quiet. Very nice deep hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. The manager was very helpful.

Nice hotel, staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early.

You know why I was there? For the Desert Hot Springs and this place does not disappoint. 4 outside large hot tube type pools, and one excellent (and also heated) swimming pool, plus super hot larger inside hot tube pool. All thing are there to make you feel good and they did. Plus great view and very nice staff. Will come back. Oh, and they are kids friendly and parking is free, and wifi works, and what can I say I just had a great stay:)

Staff was a little awkward. Booked 2 beds for 3 people and staff at front desk insisted to give me 1 bed instead. He kept pushing the situation saying he'll give me a good deal. It was very uncomfortable

I was on a budget and I got a mid week deal. The hotel is a bit dated and needs some upgrades but this was a five star deal over all. It has 5 hot tubs at different temperatures and one big heated pool.(two of the hot tubs were down for maintenance) Again there is limited services especially mid week but for the price I payed and the quiet and the pool and tubs....I was overjoyed. If you don't need fancy and can fend for yourself a little bit then this is the place for your. I highly recommend this place. And look forward to the new owners rehabbing the place over the next year or two.

Spa pools and main pool were very nice lots of hot water. Area was nice and quiet, a good place to relax.
