Very clean. The outdoor space was perfect for the family as it met all our needs including a restroom outside and a barbecue pit area. I would definitely stay again.

Great house well decorated and supplied with great appliances! Wonderful back yard and close to shopping. Only down side is it’s in the flight path of outbound air traffic. Overall a great place!!

Property is great! It was clean & the welcome packs of bath/kitchen/ laundry items was much appreciated. Grand Welcome was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Especially liked the electronic door lock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool and spa were fabulous. We couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen and the house were. It was great to be able to park in the garage. Rooms were spacious. The location was perfect. We had a few hiccups (operator error on our part) but the host responded immediately to help us.

Nice place. Close to airport and a fairly busy street. Definitely noticeable when outside by the pool. Very clean. Communication emails made it seem like you were dealing with a company who likely manages multiple properties. Some of the directions are very generic (leave the key in the key box when there is no key box). We spent most of the time out and about. Have was perfect for that kind of a trip.

Empty Nesters Getaway

The six of us (3 married couples) planned a much needed getaway without the kids. We floated and lounged; swam and soaked. Weather was perfect and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for the gourmet buffet we cooked up! Loved it!

Palm Springs Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Arcos. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The backyard area and pool was a delight to hang out at in the afternoon. The location was perfect, so close to downtown Palm Springs, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Absolutely fantastic property

Exactly as advertised, if not better. Well appointed; everything in working order; very clean and clearly very well maintained. Will absolutely stay again. Perfect house for a family of four.

Excellent home for hanging and visiting PS

House was great for a family of 6. Every need was met! We loved the location and the home was well stocked for just hanging out when the weather was too hot to go anywhere.

Nice house, well outfitted, just the right size. Too close to the airport for us, but we had a good time. Beware the driveway sprinklers for water spots on your car.

Palm Springs rest and recoup after busy holidays!!

Mom and her two Siamese cats and adult daughter Palm Springs R&R after Mom's move to SoCal and daughter's hectic work holiday season was well met by this well kept, super well equipped and fitted out vacation house. The am DR sun with coffee and lots of plugs for electronics was great.

Great Holiday stay!

we spent 10 days at this house over the Christmas holiday and LOVED it! its very comfy and cozy and we really enjoyed the family room and fireplace. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature and worked great. we had our two little dogs with us and they played in the grassy area next to the pool patio. The communication with the management company was prompt and the service was professional. this house is a good option if you want to be comfortable but spread out a bit.

Palm Springs Getaway

This property is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless and not a penny was spared with the interior and exterior of this home. Beds were all very comfortable and top of the line appliances in the kitchen . Will most definitely be returning next summer for our family vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Relaxing Oasis

This property was wonderful; the pictures didn’t do it justice. We spent most of our waking hours in the backyard. It was incredibly relaxing. It is well laid out and has everything we needed, including kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Our dog had everything she needed for a comfortable stay as well.
