Welcome to Caliente Oasis! Modern indoor/outdoor living at its finest. A completely remodeled and designer-appointed 3BD/3BA property in the Vista Norte neighborhood of Palm Springs. The newest luxury vacation home in the area will not disappoint even the most discerning of vacationers.

Bright and airy living room opens directly into the dining space and fully-stocked kitchen. With multiple sliders out to the pool area you won't miss a thing. Refreshingly new pool and hot tub will satisfy your need for the Palm Springs sun. The pool area is complete with chaise loungers, sitting area, bocce ball court, putting green and outdoor BBQ/Bar space.

Conveniently located to the east of the Uptown Design District, you're only a 3-min car ride (or 20-min walk) to some great shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

​​​​​​​Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
