Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Shadow Ridge. This was our 3rd or 4th time here. It was the perfect weekend getaway to escape the gray weather on the coast and get some sun and relaxation poolside! The room was very clean and comfortable and included all the simple amenities needed including mini fridge, coffee machine, and even a toaster.
It was a busy holiday weekend so the pool was packed. Finding available chairs for the family was tricky so try to get down to the pool early. Also towels are now no longer provided at the pool. You need to call room service and have them ordered to your room and bring them down yourself. Lines were very long and service was slow at the poolside cafe but you're allowed to bring outside food so plan accordingly.
Otherwise great property! I'm sure we'll be back.
