This two bed, two bath, 1368 sq.ft. unit has one queen size and two twin beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is plenty of storage in this unit and each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. The pristine 27-hole course, driving range, putting greens, bocce court, spectacular fitness and racquet centers, restaurant, lounge, and snack shop are all available for guests, some amenities at extra costs. You can aso rent a golf cart if you would like. All pools and jacuzzis are free, including the resort style pool next to the Club House. With amenities like central heat and AC, a washer and dryer, a new BBQ, and free WiFi, your stay will be comfortable and easy. The Lakes Country Club offers a fantastic location (enjoy the convence of near-by grocery stores, services and shopping), and has beautiful landscape unriveled in the Coachella Valley. I look forward to hosting you at my boutique desert retreat. 30 day minimum. Short-term lease required. Utilities, wi-fi, and gardener included. One housecleaning per month mandatory and paid by owner. One small pet well behaved and potty trained is allowed. No smoking inside or outside unit. Cleaning fee of $130 non-refundable as is $130 for Pet fee. Guests must also abide by The Lakes Country Club tenant policies.
