Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Taylor and Tom were most accommodating too. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again when in town for a family gathering.

Great, quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was amazing in November. Not far to the beach. We loved it. Taylor was an amazing host and super responsive.

Beautiful House!

Great property close to the beach and other activities. It is within an older neighborhood and some of the properties are not maintained as well as this one. They have done a great job with the updates and upgrades. Owners were amazing. Responded quickly and were very helpful. We had a great time. Will consider staying here again.

Great renovated home with pool

My husband and I decided on a spur of the moment getaway with ours sons and their family. The house felt brand new. Great accomodations for families with kids. Pool and spa were clean. Huge hit with the grandchildren. For a 3 day weekend it was perfect! We never had to leave the house. Very relaxing!

Nice clean house with heated pool

Everything was convenient. Host communication was great. We basically wanted a place with heated pool for everyone to hang out when it was cold outside. Grill came in handy. What else can I say, Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful!!!

The house was very clean and elegant. It had all the essentials ready at our disposal! There were no issues and the owners communicated quickly! The only issue we had was the brochure said there were 4 beach chairs in the garage, but we looked everywhere and did not find them!

Beautiful renovated home done with their guests in mind. Soft close kitchen cabinets, tons of counter space, large eating areas, smooth surface floors, upgraded appliances and sink hardware, walk in tiled shower, beautiful screened in pool. They left notes around the house so you have no questions about check in, trash or check out. Bluetooth speakers for the pool area with an additional patio area for relaxing or dinner with loved ones. You can tell they want you to be impressed. We are already talking about the next time we will be staying! Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice house, quiet and convenient neighborhood

Enjoyed a quick visit with aging parents and adult children, house easily accommodated all 8 of us. Could tell it was recently renovated/flipped including new appliances, beds are very comfy and almost everything was as pictured. The pool deck area was moldy and dirty but all else was clean and tidy. High end coffee maker but average towels, would not consider it luxury accommodations but it certainly checks all the boxes for a rental home. Had to reach out to owners for check in details but they were quick to respond and remedy. Would stay here again.

Excellent experience

House didn’t have power when we arrived due to recent storm they put us in a different house till the original one was ready. Had issues with the heater in the pool we texted and got an immediate response had someone out to fix pool within an hour. Great people to rent from

Great property and great hosts

We rented this property for the weekend of my son’s wedding in St Augustine. The house was perfect for our needs. There were 9 of us and we always had plenty of room. The open floor plan is great to gather and visit. The enclosed patio was equally as comfortable. The days were crazy hot, humid so the pool was perfect for cooling off. It is very spacious and comfortable. We were able to come and go to wedding events with ease. Taylor and Tom were awesome. They responded quickly to our questions and were so kind. We would definitely rent with them again!
