This property was so beautiful! The pool was definitely used by my kids. It’s really local to downtown Stuart and Hutchinson island. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The tiki patio area was the perfect spot to relax. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We really hope to come back next year!

We rented the house for 5 weeks February/March and were completely delighted with all aspects of the house and area. From having a great cup of coffee in the Florida room watching the sunrise over the River, feeling completely at home in all the rooms that were clean and bright, watching the family enjoy the pool, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, to its great location. Easy drive to Stuart, beach, restaurants, golf and great coffee shop 4 minutes away. The owners were super attentive and responded to our specific needs right away. High recommend and hope to come back again.

This house is fantastic! Plenty of room for our family of four to relax and enjoy. The home is well stocked with cooking tools, towels, etc. The kids had an absolute blast swimming every day!Downtown stuart and beaches are a short drive away, and it is wonderful waking up right next to the river. We will definitely be back!

Fishing birthday getaway

Our group of five, including 2 members of the luxury hotel industry. They as the rest of us were impressed with the detail in the property from the rooms to the kitchen and an outstanding outdoor area. The pool and gazebo area were magnificent, with a great grill to use. With 5 adults there was plenty of room so that we never felt crowded. Kudos to all who made the 4 day stay a memorable one.

A Charming Home

Our family of 5 had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was the perfect size for us, and would have been comfortable for even more guests with pull out couch options and bedding. We enjoyed the kitchen, living room, several porches and especially the back patio. The pool was beautiful and very fun to use. The hot tub was the highlight for us and we had it heated twice for our use. Our communication with homeowners was a pleasure and we felt cared for. The house is a real gem; it has a fun story and it is appointed very well with beautiful artistic touches. I enjoyed that there were books and magazines around the house which spoke of the region and it's history as well. We loved the surrounding area and took in several of the local the beaches. We were looking for a home base for a much needed trip away from the North East and cold weather. We got that and much more. Thank you so much.

Great place and stay!

We stayed at this beautiful home for three nights. Honestly my initial reasoning was that it is walking distance to my sister home and was large enough to accommodate our group, had two full bathrooms and space to spread out. It is also a home that has a brilliant history as it was moved by boat from Palm Beach to its current location in Palm City. It has plenty of the old charm but with all of the modern updates and conveniences. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and honestly everything that you need is provided (and all of good quality). I corresponded directly with Stephanie (the owner). She was vey proactive and super great. I hope that we can stay here again soon. I can't say enough good things about this home.
