There has been a lot of care put into the creation of this gem! Very well appointed, comfortable bed, and very clean.

Nothing fancy but quaint courtyard to hang out for breakfast area which was also very cool. Rooms super clean and freak king size bed. Decent location not far from beach. Would return.

The location is perfect -- a 15-minute drive from the airport, one block from the Intercoastal Waterway, a couple of nice restaurants across the street, several very good restaurants within a half-mile walk along Dixie Highway, and bustling downtown West Palm Beach about a mile away -- everything convenient and walkable at any time. The free breakfast was good (pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit). My room was clean and adequate. It was sparsely furnished, and it would have been nice to have had a shelf or counter space in the small bathroom. The pool area was okay -- it could have used more and better seating, and the fact that the housekeeping closet is next to the pool meant that housekeeping carts and housekeepers congregated poolside in the afternoon.

Good location but disappointing cleanliness and room appointments. No dresser. But friendly staff and tolerable breakfast

We were warmly greeted by their attendant upon our arrival, who gave us all of the necessary details to make our stay comfortable.

Charming garden with only a few rooms surrounding it. Nice but simple breakfast included. The room had a couple of maintenance issues but not enough to not recommend the hotel.

Nice staff, room quality so so. Could have been cleaner and in better repair.

Hotel Biba was an excellent value. This hotel is much more quaint and has character than your run of the mill business type hotel. The continental breakfast was great - the pool was very nice as well. My room was spotless and comfortable and had free parking. Other hotels in the immediate area were twice the price - so this hotel is a real find. Quiet, clean, comfortable - and it feels more like an actual mini-resort. Very nice - recommended.

When I first arrived the first room was filthy they "graded me" the next room the only lamp was broken, no maid service the next day as I requested from front desk and concierge had to run me clean towels in the rain. Also the thermostat in the room was broken it was freezing. At 3 times through each night a locomotive with full whistle came through alongside the hotel and shook me up the bed was shaking. .right out of My cousin Vinnie. the movie. I had to laugh. won't be returning. The assoc. manager heard my complaints and offered me 30% off the room fee, it was not great experience I moved to the Hyatt Place downtown.

Nice friendly place with peaceful outside garden space to eat breakfast. Pleasant staff and clean rooms!

Nice little boutique hotel. We have stayed at this property 4 times. Service has gotten better but the property is starting to see some wear and tear. Bathroom could be much cleaner (mold around shower). Nice free continental breakfast. Very good location within walking distance to antique row, city place and the island of Palm Beach (2 mile radius). Always a good value.

Charming grounds, planters, brick pathways, nice courtyard seating for breakfast, stylish decor in rooms, lobby and breakfast room. Drawbacks: though the room smelled good & clean, it wasn't, cleaning staff only dropped off towels each day, they didn't make beds unless we asked. Floors were dirty, surfaces dirty. Bathroom quite adequate. The room is barely big enough for two people.

Hotel Biba was newly updated with a modern look; very sleek. Every one of the staff I came in contact with was incredible and very well mannered. The rooms were fantastic - the only complaint my husband and I had was that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. We were stating at Hotel Biba for four days and couldn't keep anything in the room with us because we had nowhere to store it. Besides that, I loved it and it was WELL worth the price.

Upon arrival I was put in a room down the hall from the front desk area. First there were no tv remotes so it took 2 trips to the front desk before I finally had both of the two requires remotes. I know, not bad yet. Then I realized there were no bath towels so a mother quick run to the front desk, still not the end of the world. Where the horrible experience started was about 1 am, there were people talking and laughing very loud at the front desk to the point where after 20 minutes I walked out to the front desk as two women were leaving and the front desk clerked just looked at me and didn't say a word. The next morning I awoke to people talking at the front desk again. I don't know why you would put anybody that close to the front desk if you have thin walls and doors. Not sure if I can get past this horrible sleeping experience to ever go back.

The ice machine was in a weird location. Near PBI airport. Hotel was ok nothing wonderful to sing about. Clean place nice staff.

Close to the intercoastal and a mile or so from the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I used the pool and it was refreshing. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering the high rent district all around, this was a great and economical find.

The hotel was Nice.. The room was kind of hot called front desk and they reset it which was cool. The breakfast was A Joke though... it was boiled Eggs and Bagels and English Muffins Not like A Regular hotel Breakfast. I wish they had oatmeal even the instant one would have worked...

Great night spent at this hotel. Great value for the money with great accommodations and great service. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Charming intimate hotel in an up and coming historic area. Courtyard gardens make this a great place for a morning cup of coffee. For all its charm and the stellar staff, it does lack attention to detail. After checking in near 4pm, we were told our room was still being cleaned although check in is 3pm. Waiting in one of the treed courtyards and checking on the room twice, our room was finally opened to us near 4:30. As the door had been left open to the warm slightly humid afternoon during cleaning and the floor was mopped with a bleach smelling cleanser and although dried before we entered, the room was hot and damp even an hour and a half later. There were dark hairs on the floor in several areas of the room and the writing desk had crumbs/ drink marks on it. After asking housekeeping for a wet rag to wipe the desk, she whisked in and cleaned it. The small closet floor had one of our little FL worms on it, it had been missed during cleaning. Bed was neat, comfy and spotless. When we returned around midnight, the AC had finally cooled the room and removed the dampness. The room was simple, open and airy with white walls and bedding. Felt very European. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast is provided but there is concern with no utensils to handle bagels/pastries and already peeled hard boiled eggs sitting out in a huge bowl with no cover or cooling was a bit off putting. Cereal was simply served in open boxes. But having a croissant and coffee under the trees in courtyard was a good way to start the day. The value was excellent and although there were some minor deficiencies, we would stay here again. I actually handed out 6 of the hotel business cards to friends at a meeting I attended the next day. A great weekend getaway near the nightlife of West Palm Beach or just a quiet evening onsite.

Good morning Scott, Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review. I am sorry the room was not cleaned properly and the lack of dresser space in your room. We do have dressers on hand for guests who stay long periods of time at request but I am sorry you were unable to take advantage of that. I hope you give us another chance in the future. We would love to welcome you back for a better experience.
