Great atmosphere and accommodations. The garden and pool are beautiful, and love the set up for the breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern, but cozy enough to be comfortable. Great price for a great place to stay.

It is laid out like an old motel. The shower curtain was ripped where it goes into the hook and loop on a few of the loops. It is extremely noisy and the rooms are built around a new restaurant. So I had to pull my bag through the courtyard of the restaurant part to get to my room. There were very noisy people in the next room that I could hear even with 2 pillows over my head. So I had to call the front desk. The room was relatively clean (except for floor grit on the tile floor) and smelt of Bleach. It was very spartan. The cracked tiles in the bathroom along with the very small old tub and the ancient hairdryer hanging on the back of the bathroom door; not to mention the shower curtain were a turn-off. They did attempt to get the people quieted down. Wouldn't stay there again.

It was very noisy, and the walls need painting. It has a smell..

I stayed there not expecting much, but I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The pool was clean, the parking was plantiful, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast kicked ass.

It looked rundown once you entered the room. Dirty walls, paint chipping, moldy shower knob. Train is really close by so you can hear that at night. I would stay somewhere else.

I generally stay at Hotel Biba when visiting family in West Palm. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and the beds comfortable. The staff is very hospitable and responsive. The breakfast buffet is a little disappointing due to its lack of fresh foods and the blaring, giant TV that's always on, but the coffee is nice and strong, there's enough variety on offer, and there's an outdoor area. The hallway areas and security fencing could use updating, but the pool is fabulous: perfect temp, well maintained, beautiful spot. Overall, there's a lot to like at Hotel Biba!

This was our second stay at Hotel Biba. I truly enjoy this hotel. It is a beautiful, charming hotel and well worth the price of the room. They have a great breakfast in the morning and later checkout time than a lot of hotels. I would stay there again, but I hope they consider taking care of some building maintenance. The crumbling privacy walls near each of the rooms detract from the beauty of the buildings and the landscaping could use a bit of work. I had to pull two very large palm fronds from the pathway to my room, just to get to the door. A little attention to a few issues would go a very long way.

The hotel is quaint, comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the lack of exterior maintenance. The room interior was perfect, but the outside of the building was a little rough. Wooden privacy walls near doors were rotten and falling apart. It would have been nice to have light outside the doors as well. We came back to the room late and couldn't see our key or the lock on the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking seems a bit limited.

There has been a lot of care put into the creation of this gem! Very well appointed, comfortable bed, and very clean.

Nothing fancy but quaint courtyard to hang out for breakfast area which was also very cool. Rooms super clean and freak king size bed. Decent location not far from beach. Would return.

The location is perfect -- a 15-minute drive from the airport, one block from the Intercoastal Waterway, a couple of nice restaurants across the street, several very good restaurants within a half-mile walk along Dixie Highway, and bustling downtown West Palm Beach about a mile away -- everything convenient and walkable at any time. The free breakfast was good (pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit). My room was clean and adequate. It was sparsely furnished, and it would have been nice to have had a shelf or counter space in the small bathroom. The pool area was okay -- it could have used more and better seating, and the fact that the housekeeping closet is next to the pool meant that housekeeping carts and housekeepers congregated poolside in the afternoon.

Good location but disappointing cleanliness and room appointments. No dresser. But friendly staff and tolerable breakfast

We were warmly greeted by their attendant upon our arrival, who gave us all of the necessary details to make our stay comfortable.

Charming garden with only a few rooms surrounding it. Nice but simple breakfast included. The room had a couple of maintenance issues but not enough to not recommend the hotel.

Nice staff, room quality so so. Could have been cleaner and in better repair.

Hotel Biba was an excellent value. This hotel is much more quaint and has character than your run of the mill business type hotel. The continental breakfast was great - the pool was very nice as well. My room was spotless and comfortable and had free parking. Other hotels in the immediate area were twice the price - so this hotel is a real find. Quiet, clean, comfortable - and it feels more like an actual mini-resort. Very nice - recommended.

When I first arrived the first room was filthy they "graded me" the next room the only lamp was broken, no maid service the next day as I requested from front desk and concierge had to run me clean towels in the rain. Also the thermostat in the room was broken it was freezing. At 3 times through each night a locomotive with full whistle came through alongside the hotel and shook me up the bed was shaking. .right out of My cousin Vinnie. the movie. I had to laugh. won't be returning. The assoc. manager heard my complaints and offered me 30% off the room fee, it was not great experience I moved to the Hyatt Place downtown.

Nice friendly place with peaceful outside garden space to eat breakfast. Pleasant staff and clean rooms!

Nice little boutique hotel. We have stayed at this property 4 times. Service has gotten better but the property is starting to see some wear and tear. Bathroom could be much cleaner (mold around shower). Nice free continental breakfast. Very good location within walking distance to antique row, city place and the island of Palm Beach (2 mile radius). Always a good value.

Charming grounds, planters, brick pathways, nice courtyard seating for breakfast, stylish decor in rooms, lobby and breakfast room. Drawbacks: though the room smelled good & clean, it wasn't, cleaning staff only dropped off towels each day, they didn't make beds unless we asked. Floors were dirty, surfaces dirty. Bathroom quite adequate. The room is barely big enough for two people.
