The hotel is beautiful and staff was pleasant and helpful. We really loved the complementary car service around the Island. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the large bathroom with a tub was amazing! I would certainly stay again.

The hotel is beautiful, but SO SO unorganized. We were moved from room to room, asked to share rooms. I cannot recommend to anyone. It’s just a shame, they have gained a terrible reputation. There is so much promise as the location and design are perfect.
