We were in town for our grandsons golf tournament held at the PGA resort, and the accommodations worked out quite well for our family's needs. The property is located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood that's a few minutes away from the golf resort, as well as various activity centers such as the Palm Beach zoo, FPL manatee lagoon and loggerhead marine center which is just steps away from Juno beach. Communication with the host/property management company is via the VRBO website/app, and correspondence to my inquiries were prompt with straight forward instructions for check-in/check-out, along with keyless access to the property. We were also able to prebook a crib for our 2 yr old granddaughter via the website/app - very convenient!The layout, especially the living area was nice. Other family members were also in town for the golf tournament, so we gladly hosted a few homecooked dinners here as well. Although we hardly used the pool, water reflection from the afternoon sun glistening into the house had a nice touch and sort of attributed to the relaxed atmosphere of the property. Highly recommend.

Great communications for check in and check out. Interior was coxy and functional for 3 adults. Weather permitting, the pool is a great set up in the back. Perfect stay for a quick guys golf trip

Great place for a quick stay. Its run by a management company but they are fairly quick to respond with any needs. My wife and I were traveling for business and opted for this instead of a hotel. Would definely stay again.

The house was very nice, loved the layout. Need to fix backyard lights and make sure to make note to use garage entrance since code will not work on front door. Would stay there again. Could have been cleaner.

It’s the owner not the place.

The house was nice. Tidy & in great location. The owners Grand Welcome are what took away from the stay. Pool/outdoor lights are out and other reviews show this was addressed in Feb. & they’ve still not repaired so you don’t get to fully enjoy the access to a private pool and fenced yard. The instructions didn’t clarify there were two lock coded doors and we assumed the front door was the ‘main door’ so our code didn’t work. Called for help & after giving my name was put on hold. 45 mins later we called back on another phone where a rep took all of my info and placed on hold and given instructions that didn’t work placed on hold again. Ultimately to learn the side door where there or no lights and unlit keypad was the proper door. Nearly 2 hours outside in the dark waiting to get in, no one ever came back to the line that was on hold. And as previously mentioned no outdoor lights to enjoy the pool after a long day. We nade the reservation & sent a query weeks before the trip no reply. Days before the trip we sent the query again. They offer hotel hours so we were hoping to drop our luggage some place safe. We finally got a response about early check ins cost 30 an hour. Not our question at all. The customer service of the company was not at all satisfactory. When they learned they wouldn’t get a 5 star review they did offer 50% refund on the cleaning fee.

Great place! highly recommended for quiet and safe stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. A couple of things could improve: the front keyless door does not work, we had to use the garage door which was manageable. The light in the back by the pool does not work, I reached out to have it fix but the local person in charge did not show up. Overall good stay.
