The staff were pleasant and the suite we had was a good size. Check in was a bit funny as the room # written down had an extra number. I had to call from the floor we were on to double check what it actually was. We didn't use the amenities but had breakfast at the restaurant which has a small menu but was fine.

I asked the Expedia team to help me cancel my reservation because my aunt died and I needed to stay home and could not go on this trip. The Expedia team said that despite these special circumstances, they would not grant me a refund even though I did not stay at the hotel. This is incredibly rude and insensitive.
