Spend the morning at Jupiter Beach, come home for a swim in your private heated pool, practice your short game on your own putting green, or settle into the 6-person hot tub and simply enjoy the Florida sunshine.
In the evening, fire up the Weber propane BBQ, gather beneath the poolside pergola for dinner, then finish the day around the firepit table.
We make beach days easy too, providing beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests.

Beside the pool, a covered pergola and outdoor dining area seats eight, with a Weber propane BBQ ready for relaxed lunches and dinners outside.

Inside Villa Oceana
Villa Oceana is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level home with no internal stairs, making it particularly comfortable for families and groups travelling together.
The interior combines modern comfort with a relaxed coastal feel, with quality furnishings and a calming design throughout.
All three bedrooms are designed for a comfortable night's sleep, while the main living area provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before the beach, lunch beside the pool or dinner at home.
A separate laundry room with a full-size LG washer and dryer makes longer stays particularly convenient.

Jupiter Beach is approximately 2 miles from the home, putting the Atlantic Ocean and some of the area's beautiful beaches just minutes away.
Villa Oceana sits in a peaceful and private Palm Beach Gardens setting, while still keeping you close to the restaurants, shopping and attractions of both Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
Downtown at the Gardens and The Gardens Mall are only a short drive away, while Jupiter's waterfront restaurants, Harbourside Place and the Jupiter Inlet area are also within easy reach.
Golfers are particularly well placed. Palm Beach Gardens is renowned for its exceptional golf, with numerous courses and PGA National nearby.
You can also enjoy boating, deep-sea fishing, watersports, Jupiter Lighthouse, Roger Dean Stadium, parks, shopping and some of Palm Beach County's excellent waterfront dining.

Starter Essentials
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials to make arrival easier.
Villa Oceana provides two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Additional baby equipment, including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys, can be rented locally through BabyQuip if required.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool heating is available for $50 per day. The pool heater will be set to 88°F.
Depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, the pool may require up to 24 hours to reach temperature. Cold weather can affect both heating time and achievable water temperature, and refunds cannot be provided where weather conditions prevent the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
The pool will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and receives weekly pool service during your stay. Additional pool cleaning can be requested for $95 per visit.
Use of the 6-person hot tub is complimentary. Please allow up to approximately 12 hours for the hot tub to reach 100°F when necessary.
As with any mechanical equipment, occasional faults can occur. POSHPADZ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the hot tub or provide refunds for malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
Important Information Before Booking
Villa Oceana is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to respect the peaceful character of the community.
Pets are not permitted.
The minimum booking age is 25, and the property's maximum occupancy of 6 guests must be observed.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
Groups who materially misrepresent their occupancy or fail to meet the minimum age requirement may be refused accommodation or have their stay terminated in accordance with the rental agreement.
The primary guest will be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID — driver's license or passport — at least three business days before arrival.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
There is also a $150 holiday check-in fee for arrivals on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1.
