Great and nice stay

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach, stores and great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this guest house to anybody!

A good place to stay in Palm Beach Gardens.

Overall, a great stay. House is in a good area, near the mall, shops and I-95. I stayed here for three weeks as I was in the middle of being relocated for work. Cezar was helpful with anything I needed, all I had to do was send him a text. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the WiFi was not good, so I had to use my mobile hot spot any time I wanted to go on the internet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

You should state there is no outside space to sit! We all go to Florida to enjoy the weather in order to spend time outside you have to leave the property. That’s why I kept asking for pic’s outside and you conveniently did not supply. For that reason I will not stay at this property again

Overall good stay

I was in the area for a few days and was happy to find this place as it was perfect for what I needed and the location was great. Close to shops and restaurants. I was disappointed in the comfort of the mattress and pillows and did not sleep well. I would highly recommend getting new ones. Also the first night I got in late so it would have been nice to have a light on outside for better visibility because I wasn’t sure I was in the right spot. Overall I had a good stay.

Cezar who is the property owner was very accommodating to me. He was able to extend my stay when I needed it. He answers all questions quickly either by phone or e-mail. The area is a great location for all you needs. I will stay again.

Fit our needs perfectly

Clean and well-cared for in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Short drive to shopping, dining, beaches, and our daughter who we were visiting. Great if you just want a place to shower and sleep, but not a place to hang out at (no outside area). We could hear (and smell the cooking) from the main house which was teeming with guests over Thanksgiving, but we were gone so much that it did not bother us. Good value for the money.

It was a suitable place for our purpose and was a great price. Comfortable and clean.

The owner was helpful in pointing out several options for laundry as the have none in the sMaller unit. The shower was awesome especially after a day of activities. Overall it was enjoyable and a bargain for the price.

We had a party of 6 adults and 1 4 yr.old. We rented both the main house and this studio apartment. The apartment is very nice and self contained. Having access to it along with the main house gave us plenty of room. Great addition as extra room or just as a rental for 2 people. Anita
