The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming. However, our room was not cleaned, they only put towels in it- no beds made or cleaning. Had to request cups and coffee. Tv in bedroom did not work and we were told It was a mechanical issue and couldn’t be taken care of that time. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of things. Would appreciate some compensation for these issues.

Scary place. Ironing board broken, phone did not work, cannot even call the outside number as no one picks up, no room service. Jacuzzi busted. Elevator kind of shaky. Front desk often unattended. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton chain.

We checked in around 1 AM with our 3-month-old baby and 8-year-old son, hoping to get some rest. Around 3 AM, water started leaking into our bathroom from the room above, flooding the floor. We were moved to another room, but it was dirty and clearly not cleaned for guests. It was stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable—especially traveling with children in the middle of the night
