Friendly host, very helpful and welcoming. Nice room, clean and spacious. Small balcony was a nice touch. Very noisy during the day since it’s on a busy street but that made it super convenient to get around Palermo. Friendly driver to and from airport available for €40. Overall great stay, highly recommended!

Nice and Comfortable

The host is very nice. He is the best part about this property. He has everything organized, and he can give you many recommendations for the city and dining. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The area is a bit sketchy, but you will get over that. If I were to return to Palermo, I would definitely stay here again.

COULDN’T HAVE BEEN BETTER – A TRUE GEM IN PALERMO We absolutely loved this apartment! The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Teatro Massimo, surrounded by great places to eat, and most importantly, the perfect spot to truly feel the vibrant energy of Palermo and its people. Salvatore was, without a doubt, the best host we’ve had — not only on this trip but possibly in all of our family travels. He welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing recommendations to eat like locals, and even helped us rent a car. He was always attentive to anything we might need. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped: coffee machine with coffee, water, microwave, and even a washer and dryer he kindly allowed us to use. You can tell he has put great care and heart into this place. We traveled with our two teenage sons, and everyone slept wonderfully. The beds are very comfortable, and the whole place truly felt like home. 100% recommended. If we return to Palermo — and honestly, we will — this will be our home again, without question.

This property is centrally located near the old town so getting around is very easy. It makes you feel like you’re part of the neighbourhood and we had locals recognize us. There are many fantastic restaurants near by and the included breakfast was delicious. The apartment itself has been totally renovated and the amenities are top notch!

Nice and clean apartment that is located very close to the centre. Salvo, our host, was very friendly and helpful in case we needed recommendations for anything. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a nespresso machine in the room next to the bed. The apartment could use more hangers for clothes or towels. It would be nice to have a small cooking area but due to the size of the apartment that is not possible unfortunately. The balcony fits two people and is located to a busy street. Has the typical Italian charme though as it is nice to have a coffee there in the morning. There are also a couple of supermarkets located close to the apartment. As a woman I felt very safe in the apartment and the surrounding area. The interior design of the apartment was very lovely and modern too. Overall a very nice experience and we would recommend it.
