**The house is located in the center of Llafranc, just 30 meters from the beach**.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has on the lower floor a large living -dining room with a close kitchen fully equipped with vitro-ceramic hob, washing machine, oven and microwave. From the dining area we have an access to a pleasant terrace with a shower room and nice views to Llafranc.

On the second level of the apartment we find a double bedroom with sofa bed and with a terrace,one bathroom with bathtub and one twinn bedroom with exit to a balcony overlooking the beach.
