Villa Pine Tree

Villa Pine Tree is situated in Pakoštane, a small village in Zadar county in Croatia.
It was only recently built, urban in its architectural appearance it is beautifully warm and offers all the commodities you might wish for on your dream vacation.
Whilst experiencing the taste of luxury, you will immediately feel at home from the first moment you step into the grounds.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, tastefully furnished, beautiful dining and lounge area with fully equipped kitchen overlooking a swimming pool 11 m long. In the shady part in the back of the house there is a beautiful, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with open fire cooking area.
Children playground of 40 m2 is placed in the shadow of wooden roof.
Spacious secured private parking is in front of the house.
In the garden you will find Mediterranean spices, fruits and flowers. On the grounds we also kept an old pine-tree and an oak -tree.
New tennis club recently built and open all year round is placed only 50 m from the house. Everybody is welcomed! In the close neighborhood you will find outdoor gym as well.
There is a hotel with restaurant in the same street.
Market and supermarket is only a few minutes away.
The village is full of restaurants and shops, there is a fish and fruits and veggies market as well.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

Lovely Property

Lovely, new, well maintained property with great facilities & pool - highly recommend. Easy walk to the beach & to the town for evening entertainment. Pakostane had lots of choices on bars & restaurants (note most wanted cash still).

Fabulous house and great location.

We were super happy with this overly luxurious house. It had everything to make for a perfect, relaxing week in Pakoštane. Large, beautiful pool, three lux bedrooms, three bathroom, 10 minutes down to the restaurant scene and 10-ish minutes to the beach resort. Al in all super - and our host was very attentive on the app making sure all was good for us.

Villa was amazing, large bedrooms, lovely open plan kitchen /lounge which was very comfortable and a Lovely pool Excellent tennis courts which are approx 50 meters from the villa, courts can be booked really easily Robertina the host is very helpful Pine Beach resort 10 minute walk which is a private camp site with many facilities like volleyball, children’s play area beach, sun beds etc and allows access to visitors for the day , cost is around 4 euros for an adult 2 euros for children under 12 We hired a car so had access to all surrounding areas, visited Trogir, Krka National Park, boat trip from Zadar and Biograd all very lovely ! Would recommend staying at this villa !
