The whole room was clean and air conditioner was very nice and cold, the bad thing the hotel was in need of remodeling of the rooms or update , have shampoo and conditioner in the shower and extra toilet paper. I almost forgot to say definitely need more eating places inside and Starbucks inside of the casino.

Arrived at 1:30 am for a guaranteed late check in. Somewhere in the fine print apparently it was stated that the front desk closed at midnight. Casino was open; security tried to help me, but since the front desk left nothing out about my reservation (there were a couple of pending reserrvations waiting for arrival yet, buy mine was not one of those set aside for them to help), I had nowhere to stay, and Expedia offered no help when called because of the "after 12 am" fine print. The Expedia agent tried to help by calling the front desk; I stood there with the security guard while the phone rang multiple times. He was forbidden by hotel policy to answer it. The hotel was FAR from full. I stayed here once several years ago and it was fine; after this experience I will NOT ever go back and I'll think three times about using Expedia to reserve any hotel room. I got a room at the Holiday Inn down the street after losing over an hour's sleep to this dysfunction.

The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was nice. The bed had 4 pillows. I tried to get access to my room early, that didn't work. So I waited outside on the coldest day of the year. Oh well.

The room i stayed in 125 was well old ancient i think billy the kid may have stayed in it. The bed literally was a bowl. The sides of the matress were definitely old school steel and springs. You know the comphy spot that forms when you sleep in the same spot for a couple of years without flipping the mattress well this mattress has never been flipped in easily 30 years. Moving on, do you remember as a kid in 1980 when you went to grandmas house and walked across the floor and at a certain place the wood floor would squeek? That only there was that one spot that DIDN'T squeek when you walked on it. Not to big a deal except there are about 20 rooms in building E and yes you can hear about half of them from my corner room. The lighting from the 2 lamps was not enugh. The "desk" top was delaminating picture ikea pressboard furniture from 1983 that has been wet a few 100 to many times. The Towels, ugh... Sam's 6 bucks each invest in your business. The towels were thin rough and small, like throw away towels they have at the pool at 3 star hotels. I wouldent steal it not even to wash my car it would scratch the crap out of it. The toilet dripped lowdly because when everyone stopped moving i could hear the drip drip drip like i was being water boarded. Check In seriously had to wait until 3pm. The 2 ladies Would not let me check in at 1:51 had to come back because "the rooms arent ready". Not one room is ready? The cleaning staff isnt going to be able to get them all done in 1 hour
