Arrived at 9:30 pm and the computers were down. Front desk was not able to check me in for my reservation because she couldn’t process the $100.00 for incidentals due to the computer freeze. She kept telling all the guests that were filing in that she needed to call tech support. She proceeded to tell that over and over for 20 minutes before she finally DID place a call to tech support. Then it took another 20 minutes for her to finally give me my room key. All in all, we stood around in the lobby for at least 40 minutes before we finally got our room key and we’re on our way. Staff was friendly, but slow to react to this problem. And there were about 6 parties trying to check in. It was late and everyone was tired and just wanted to get to their rooms. They need to come up with a solution to fix this so guests don’t have to stand around in the lobby forever. What if there was a power outage??? No check-ins at all ???? Come on people. Find a work around for when your computers crash.
Tall ceilings in rooms, excellent breakfast, very clean and new, eco conscious.
Everything is good as supposed to be
The property was updated and immaculate! The rooms were spotless and the mattresses slept well. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and kept fully stocked at all times which I must say, is often not the case with hotels with a free breakfast. We were incredibly pleased with our hotel and it's a great location to overnight on the way to Death Valley and Rhyolite!
Nice, clean, quiet.
The staff helped me check in was not very friendly.
good
Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of staff
I did not like the no cleaning of the room daily.
Very nice place to stay clean and safe great would be happy to stay again
Quiet, clean, comfortable and conveniently centrally located.
The delayed cleaning because of Covid was understandable but annoying. the way the personnel handled it was good
Extremely friendly staff especially the girl that checked me in. Very clean hotel and rooms
Clean with simple check in/out ample parking easy to find location
The hotel was clean and didn't have the stale air smell. Everyone I dealt with was cheerful and friendly. Eyeor doesn't work there, no oh bothers. I will definitely stay there again.
breakfast can be better, everything else was great.

Thank you for your review. I can understand your frustration with waiting in the lobby for check in time. We understand that guests are tired later in the evening, and we do in fact have a system that we use during power outages, and system crashes. As for getting technical support on the phone, they are a call center, and therefore are sometimes hard to get on the phone with right away, and I can completely understand the frustration. Thank you very much for your patience in such a stressful time for both the guests and the Front Desk agent.
