The staff was helpful and very warm and friendly. There was cold water in the refrigerator and complementary snacks. The location is very close to the center of town. I will stay again.

I didn’t know what to expect. I assumed there would be RV “Park” trailers like I experienced at another place I stayed at. When I pulled in to the nicely maintained desert park I saw several 1970’s and later 5th wheel sun-bleached trailers parked relatively close together. I thought, uh-oh, these things might be bug infested, worn out pieces of junk. Keeping an open mind, I was very pleased to discover the park hosts were very nice and accommodating. My trailer was exactly as represented on the web site. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and perfectly functional. I stayed for 6 quiet nights with no suspect of asocial behavior anywhere anytime including night time; it was a very nice stay. It’s location is a short drive to Pahrump where grocery, and various retail is available. If you’re ok with a functional stay, this is it. Oh, and not one bug.

I stayed in a very clean, nicely decorated, roomy (5th wheel) camper in a quiet area outside of town (Pahrump, Nevada), complete with full kitchen (with dinnerware, pans, etc.), dining area, living room, bedroom, and shower/restroom. Far better than nearly any hotel room! If I had not had a very long ride ahead of me at 5:30 the next morning, I would have sat out under the stars (in the desert) all night! Wonderful! Excellent service too! At 5:15 in the morning I discovered that a friend of mine from California was staying in a place a few yards from where I was staying. (Small world!)

We were lucky to get this trailer home on a holiday weekend when everything else near Death Valley was sold out. It turned out to be pretty decent with a fully-usable kitchen. We were a bit cold the first night (outdoors dropped to 36 by morning) but it was our own fault since we didn't realize a fan in the bedroom was also a heater. So the second night was fine--warmer outside also. We were warned that the shower only had 7 gallons of hot water and you do have to have short showers. We were told it takes 25 minutes to warm up the next 7 gallons, but we never tried two showers in one evening. They do have central showers on the property with keys. This was our first trailer home experience, and while we wouldn't seek it out in the future, it does work for a place to stay.
