This comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just minutes off Highway 160, west of downtown in the Pagosa Lakes area--north of City Market, if you're familiar with Pagosa. Enjoy mountain views from decks off both the living room and master bedroom. Bedrooms, one full bath and the washer/dryer are on the entry level. The kitchen, another full bath, living and dining rooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, a convenient vanity with sink, and sitting area for quiet reading or solitude. The charming second bedroom has a double bed, and is furnished with sturdy antiques. All linens, dishes, and cookware are furnished. Wolf Creek ski area is a 30-minute drive east on 160. Planning a summer or autumn trip? Walk across the street to fish, paddleboard or kayak on Village Lake, or enjoy walking and biking the nearby trails. You will appreciate the close proximity to the Recreation Center, golf course, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and boutiques, all just a few minutes from the condo.
