Regular visitor so probably somewhat bias. From the moment you enter the premises to the moment you leave the staff offer warm and friendly service. Excellent wifi and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast selection.
Arrived in room, fairly nice, big and comfy looking to open door and find smoke. Previous renters had smoked extensively; ashtrys in the room. Huge fit to switch rooms, moved to a room if you sneeze you hit both walls. VERY noisy and far from the old center (40 minute walk). I would not book this hotel.
We had been to Padova for our Honeymoon and 20 years later we returned with our children. We stayed at the Hotel Milano and could not have been happier. It was clean, comfortable, and very friendly. Our family was received warmly from the owner of the property who offered us bottled water and helped us with our bags. The breakfast was delicious and included delicious fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent with a view of the Church just down the street. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
There isn't much I can say that will compliment this hotel. Check in from the tour bus was well organized and quick. Rooms were OK. Breakfast was terrible, but then again, done for a tour bus. The only bright spot in the Hotel, was the girl who ran the bar. Katia, I think was her name, and she made up for all the shortfalls in the hotel. Organized some snacks from the kitchen foe us as it was too late to find a resturaunt.
Good option in Padua or for people visiting Venice. The room was small, but functional. Very, very clean and neat. Good comfortable matress. Breakfast simple and plain. Free parking in outside enclosed area. Staff polite and helpfull
Stay here two nights on our bus tour. Very nice modern super chic hotel! Right on the outskirts to down town. Walking distance to night life. Hotel very modern. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room id good size. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice. Good wine🇮🇹 close to Venice which was our last day trip.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a recent tour of Italy. The rooms were small but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and pastries. We could walk to find places to eat but it was not centrally located. Since this was our base for the Venice excursion, we did not mind not being in town. The Wi-Fi did not work very well.
Once upon a time this might have been a four star hotek. It is today a fin down unfriendly and old time hotel. Nothing works properly. The door keys, the shower, old tpwrls and a staff which on the whole is unfriendly. Not recommended to say the least..
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding and really liked the hotel. Although not located in the centre of town it is easily walkable within 10 minutes and is quiet even though it is on a roundabout! It is about a 20 min walk from the station. The rooms were spacious and clean with air con, a large bed and shower/bath. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We had breakfast at the hotel and there was lots of choice of bread, pastries, cold meat and yogurts. The staff were very accommodating and found me some tomatoes when I asked for them. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
We stayed at this property on a recent tour of Italy. In the lobby of this modern decor hotel is a large black and white photo of Marilyn Monroe wearing a Hotel Milano bathrobe. Evidently, she stayed here at one time. Our room was standard, decor was minimalist/modern. I didn't care for it. As others have mentioned, the air conditioning was impossible to control. We called the front desk, went down in person, and stopped by each time we left and came back to the hotel. They have it all computerized and can look to see what the temperature is in your room. The clerk said it was 76 degrees F, so we asked him to lower it. We watched him lower it to 74, but did not notice any change. The next time we asked him to put it on 70, and finally, we were comfortable, but there is no way it was 70! I felt like he was thinking, crazy Americans! They can't take a little heat? The breakfast fare was the normal pastries, meats and cheeses. Nothing memorable. As to the location, yes, it is on a very busy intersection. But we could not hear much street noise in our room. Yes, there is a park across the street with shady looking characters. I was nervous walking past them in the daylight, and so when we returned later that evening, we crossed to the other side of the street. But when we got close, the park was deserted! Yes, it is several blocks from the old part of town, but it is not a bad walk, down a well lit, busy street lined with all sorts of modern stores. This was our base for our visit to Venice. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I'd pick something closer to Venice, and nicer.
