The last time a mentioned that the place needed a little TLC. No issues this time, my room and it’s equipment are fully functional, in good repair and clean. The staff as always are welcoming. Shame the bar is not manned on an evening as it sometimes is. But no big deal
A regular visitor here so very used to knowing what to expect. Perhaps a little too used to being here! However, during this visit I noticed some subtle improvements. For instance the bar was open and manned with a number of customers enjoying the facility. The product range at breakfast was also greatly enhanced as was the layout and service. Both welcome improvements. Because of the Italian compulsory heating in October irrespective of temperature the room was hot, too hot overnight. I struggle to understand the concept of the aircon’/heating being linked to the calendar as opposed to the temperature!
I spent one night only at this hotel. Good position, not too far from city center. Hotel interior design, in my opinion, is a bit cold. Even staff is in line...with furniture. Anyway, breakfast is ok. Good and with some options. Very bad WI-FI connection. Too slow.
The hotel is not a 4 stars at all there is no room service in the weekends, they told me that if I want to drink or eat I have to go to the bar outside Receptionists are very unpleasant and not professional. They speak very poor English and they answer very aggressive and poorly, they have no clue how to be a concierge The frigobar is almost empty, they charged me all the items without checking if I consumed There are no toiletries.. just soap and shampoo, no body lotion no toothbrush no gel douche The check was just a sum, not specific, so I paid without knowing the price of the items Very bad
We received a very nice, quiet room. It was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, vast variety of food. Great location, easily approachable by car and also close to the city. Close to high way if you come by car. Overall great experience.
Third hotel stay with Globus. It's located on the corner of a round-about so traffic and police/ambulance sirens are easily heard. Modern hotel, it was clean. Only complaint is the air conditioner did not turn on because it was not summer yet. Had to open the window and thus lots of outside noise. Besides that, had a pleasant stay here.
Regular visitor so probably somewhat bias. From the moment you enter the premises to the moment you leave the staff offer warm and friendly service. Excellent wifi and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast selection.
Arrived in room, fairly nice, big and comfy looking to open door and find smoke. Previous renters had smoked extensively; ashtrys in the room. Huge fit to switch rooms, moved to a room if you sneeze you hit both walls. VERY noisy and far from the old center (40 minute walk). I would not book this hotel.
We had been to Padova for our Honeymoon and 20 years later we returned with our children. We stayed at the Hotel Milano and could not have been happier. It was clean, comfortable, and very friendly. Our family was received warmly from the owner of the property who offered us bottled water and helped us with our bags. The breakfast was delicious and included delicious fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent with a view of the Church just down the street. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
There isn't much I can say that will compliment this hotel. Check in from the tour bus was well organized and quick. Rooms were OK. Breakfast was terrible, but then again, done for a tour bus. The only bright spot in the Hotel, was the girl who ran the bar. Katia, I think was her name, and she made up for all the shortfalls in the hotel. Organized some snacks from the kitchen foe us as it was too late to find a resturaunt.
