The property felt like a campground close to the Rocky tide pools. The outdoors smells wonderful with a wooded and refreshing scent. The unit is spacious with cathedral ceilings in places and a switch on fireplace for instant ambiance. The spacious unit has a living room, a small kitchen area, and bedroom. It has very nice Monterey feel to it! The couches and chairs were so old that you sank when you sit in them, couch and 2 chairs. It wasn’t well lit. The doors are old and scrape the floor when trying to close. Needs some updating!

The property could be so cute but the lack of upkeep and care is obvious- outside the fences are falling down theres trash and debris, the patio areas have been completely ignored and unmaintained Inside there’s pealing wallpaper, water damage, mold, lack of cleaning standards, frayed carpet , a very broken tv that didn’t work and that wasn’t even plugged in (in bedroom ) and a cheap broken down couch to gross to dare sit on in the living space

It says luxury suites however the 1 bedroom king suite we stayed in was very old and outdated. The heater in the bedroom didn’t work and the living room did not have a coffee table which most of the suites have. The carpet was very old and stained with what appeared to be pet damage, it just felt dirty. We’ve stayed here in the past but this time our experience was not as pleasant from the moment we checked in.

Staff was very helpful. Room was in need of repairs to the bathroom tub and tile. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom. A few holes in entry door and wall. Have stayed here before and was happy but never in this particular room. Probably just an anomaly and needs to be scheduled for some TLD.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No hot water. Went to our room and it wasn’t even cleaned. Maid came in after we had all our stuff already in. Stained blankets. Furniture falling apart, room smelled like wet dog. We loved this place and have gone for over 15 yrs. Never was it like this. Wish I could get my money back. Was just horrible
