Our bungalow was well setup with everything we needed for our stay but the highlight was the large, private covered balcony overlooking the water. There were 3 restaurants within walking distance (BZH was our particular favorite)! We would definitely stay here again!

Claude was very welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as being at home. The outdoor space was so enjoyable to have breakfast and dinner with the birds flying about. The kitchen with the stovetop was sufficient for our cooking needs and the refrigerator was a full size. Highly recommend, restaurants close by and a nice quiet area. Definitely will stay here again!

Outstanding area of St Martin, very safe, quiet, wonderful restaurants, Bread and Butter Bakery and store close by, excellent access to Orient Beach or to Bobby’s Marina and Phillipsburg. The rooms at the hotel are large with everything you need, sunsets overlooking Oyster Pond. Truly a perfect location on the island as you can avoid a lot of the traffic in other areas. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to again soon.

The room is very comfortable, great balcony with gorgeous view, WiFi is good, well equipped kitchen. You will need to bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The location requires a rental car. There are a nice grocery store and bakery walking distance from the hotel. The owner is super nice and helpful. If you don’t mind to be driving distance from the beaches and good restaurants this hotel is a very good, affordable choice.

Great property for the off season! It was quite and although the bay smelled bad due to the algae bloom it didn’t affect the beautiful scenery Les balcons offered! Will definitely be staying here next time I come back
