Our duplex holiday apartment laundry brook is on the 2nd and 3rd Floor of our completely renovated farmhouse - 12 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Here we have created an oasis of wellbeing for you with many lovely details and amenities. Furthermore, our spacious, near-natural site is available. There is plenty of space for playing, barbecuing and, of course, resting and relaxing. You will also find water in the form of a stream, ponds and fish tanks around the house.
The proximity to Lake Constance makes the HappenmĂŒhle the ideal starting point for trips to the lake and the hinterland. Hiking trails lead past the house, since this year we also have a bus stop directly at the courtyard.
Our special offer is the combination of vacation and treatment of arithmetic problems. You can find more information on the website of the Lernwerk Academy. Take a vacation with us and forget about your child's weakness in arithmetic.

Stilvoll natĂŒrlich

Der tolle Garten vor dem Haus, ermöglicht stundenlanges Entdecken, Paddeln und Spielen seitens der Kinder. Auch das hochwertige Spielzeug im Haus kam gut an. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war Ă€ußerst stilvoll, sauber und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Brötchen-Dienst am Morgen war wunderbar.

Our stay (1 adult, 3 kids 9-13) was perfect! The big appartment has everything you wish for. Its clean, new bathroom/kitchen, 2 floors, lots of space, great beds. Every day delivery breadservice from local bakery. The garden is wonderful! You can sit on different terraces, row a boat,there are several play-areas for the kids. A lovely garden! The hosts are super kind and helpfull. They can provide many info about the Bodesee area.They adviced us how to travel by train, where the kids coukd have the most waterfun (Schlosssee). We give it a ten!

It was gorgeous, the apartment was a mix of modern and retro wrapped in great colors and accents. Even at more than 30 degrees Celsius the apartment was pleasantly cool. It was just a great vacation with very great hosts! Thanks again to Annette and Bernhard for everything and the super delicious salmon trout. Keep up the good work you two, everything was perfect. Maybe until next time, if it draws us again to Lake Constance, we rent again :-) Loveley greetings, Christian and family.....

Wunderbare Unterkunft zum Entspannen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 9- tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt in der geschmackvoll, sauberen Ferienwohnung. Das Ehepaar Bauer sind ganz liebe herzliche Menschen. Sie sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer GĂ€ste bemĂŒht . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann hier richtig entschleunigen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar ein kleines Boot steht fĂŒr den kleinen Weiher zur VerfĂŒgung. FĂŒr meine kleine Enkeltochter war auch genĂŒgend Platz zum Spielen und Toben vorhanden. Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir können ausschließlich positiv berichten. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, eine gerĂ€umige, gemĂŒtliche und sehr hĂŒbsch/schick eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet , man hat reichlich Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. Es gibt einen tollen Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten fĂŒr die Kinder. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich und geben gerne Ausflugstipps.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Kindern

Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche BegrĂŒĂŸung und haben uns sehr ĂŒber die großzĂŒgig geschnittene Ferienwohnung gefreut. Wir waren ĂŒberrascht von dem schönen riesigen Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Spiel- und Klettergelegenheiten fĂŒr unsere Kinder. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Familie Bauer empfangen und in die noch recht neue Wohnung nett eingewiesen.Die Ausstattung ist funktional. Ein kleinen Abzug gibt's bezĂŒglich Handy Empfang und WLAN-verfĂŒgbarkeit.Zu letzterem versprach der Vermieter Verbesserung. Da die Wohnung recht einsam auf dem Lande liegt ist man unbedingt aufs Auto angewiesen.Nach Überlingen fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto ca.20 Minuten. FĂŒr Ruhesuchende ein ideales Domizil.

Geschmackvoll, freundlich, schön

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszĂŒgige Wohnung. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, auch in der KĂŒche. Frau Bauer ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, dazu höchst flexibel! Obwohl wir aus Versehen einen Tag zu frĂŒh angereist waren, richtete Frau Bauer die Wohnung im Handumdrehen fĂŒr uns her. Die HappenmĂŒhle ist ein kleiner, sympathischer bĂ€uerlicher Weiler. Zum Bodensee ist es mit dem Auto nur ein Katzensprung.

Urlaub auf dem Land

sehr freundliche und ordentliche Anbieter von 2 Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus liegt an mehreren kleinen Teichen und einem kleinen Bach. Die Wohnung ist sehr Sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus wird gerade renoviert aber verliert deshalb nichts von ihrem Charme.

Mitten in der Natur

Eine ganz individuelle Wohnung in einem schönen alten sehr gelungen restaurierten Fachwerkhaus, ein weitrĂ€umiges GartengrundstĂŒck mit schönen SitzplĂ€tzen unter BĂ€umen, aus dem Wohnzimmer Blick auf Teiche und hohe BĂ€ume, morgens und abends Vogelstimmen, viel Ruhe......... und sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber.
