Excellent experience at this hotel. Very impressed. The Manager Mr Emeka went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfort. I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. The team surprised me for my birthday with a cake. I am beyond thrilled and will definitely be returning 🙏!!

The hotel's Wi-Fi was unusable. I kept hearing loud noises all night from the custodians/staffs. The shower head was broken and the water heating system was not working properly. They only provided 1 towels which is absurd. When taking a shower the water leaks from the door and onto the floor. There was mosquitoes.
